The guys were very sweet, professional and thorough. The big problem was that after a leak was detected, this company doesn't do the repairs, so, no company would come in and do the repair wothout doing their own leak detection. This became a huge problem, as we needed to find another company and had to pay that company to do another leak detection so the work can be done. If we had known this we would not have spent the hundreds of dollars with aquaman just for thr lrak detection, since it did not solve any problem except to confirm what we already could see=water loss at a huge financial cosy/just wasted hundreds of dollars. So in reality this was not productive and a real waste of money. I would suggest making sure before hiring any leak detector pool people, you make sure that the repair can be made with said company as all you will be doing is spending money to do it all over again. We wish we knew how this would have all worked first because it did nothing to help us and the next company took the price of their leak detection off the pipe repairs. Live and learn- this unfortunately cost a bundle for really nothing and left us in the same situation, (only out the hundreds of dollars) as before they came out and still had to find another company and do another leak detection. All other companies we called have the same protocal, they will only di work if they themselves do the leak detection. Make sure you understand what you are actually getting because in this case it eas a loss of $ , time and we had to start from the beginning again.

We suspected our pool had a leak. We called Aquaman, and spoke with Jeff. Jeff was very patient in answering our questions. He clearly outlined the scope of their inspection, the time that may be spent, and the fees to us over the phone. Jeff and John showed up on time at the schedule appointment. They thoroughly checked our pool, the pool equipment, and the spa. They found the leak and fixed it without any additional charge. Our in ground jacuzzi was losing about 2 inches of water a day. I emailed Aquaman Pool Leak Detection and they called me within 15 minutes. They came out the next day and got right to work. After checking out all of the filters, valves and jets, they determined where the leakage was and fixed it on the spot!! I am so excited that we no longer need to add water on a daily basis! I've been meaning to post my review for some time now. I used Aquaman back in April, 2015. I read the great reviews and decided to have Aquaman come out for a second opinion when we noticed our pool was losing too much water too fast. The first leak detection company, I felt, was not very thorough in their evaluation. Kenton came out and got in the pool and discovered a crack in the light fixture area, which the first company did not find! Kenton used epoxy and patched up the crack and gone was the leak! The leak was fixed and I wasn't even charged extra for it! On top of that, a week later, Kenton emailed me to make sure that the pool was still holding water. And it was! A+++ for service, customer satisfaction, price, and professionalism.

If you think your pool is losing water, Aquaman is the only company you need to call!
