we had a level 2 chimney inspection and sweep done at our home in imperial beach. axel showed up right on time, wearing a mask and shoe covers. he made sure to cover and protect our living room floor and cleaned up everything before leaving, so there was no mess left behind. axel explained the whole process, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood what was going on with our chimney. we also got a detailed report with photos after the inspection, which was really helpful. overall, great service and we feel much safer using our fireplace now.
