Fixed my water heater in minutes!

My kitchen sink started backing up suddenly while I was cooking. I called this plumbing service and their team arrived quickly. They removed the clog thoroughly and the water flows smoothly now. Truly impressed by their professionalism.

The old faucet in the kitchen was replaced and looks fantastic now. The plumber handled removal, installation and cleanup like it was nothing. Water flow is smoother and there are no drips at all. It feels like a big upgrade for a simple job.

A pipe under my bathroom sink started leaking and caused minor water damage. The plumbing crew came, repaired the leak and checked surrounding pipes for safety. They cleaned up the area before leaving, which I really appreciated.

Life Saver ! We had no plumber available to come asap and he came to the rescue immediately. So thankful for his service and highly recommend

I'm responding to the owner of Genesis. I don't feel comfortable giving out personal info on this link. Send me a # I can text to and I'll give you the info.

They ran unto my car causing $3500 of damage and denied it. Unethical

Great Work, Great Price, Great People, Great DAY! Carlos responded almost immediately and visited me to provide a Free Estimate. I found him and his staff to be respectful, courteous, and professionally skilled. Miguel installed on Outdoor Water Heater Shed and a New Water Heater. Attention was paid to every detail. I could not be happier with this Contractor. Call THEM. I'm glad I did! Thank You Genesis Plumbing!

Carlos took the time to answer all of my questions in a nice manner, the good customer service is noted and appreciated.

I had an emergency over the weekend. Made a call to a couple other places and right away got the cold shoulder and or the sorry we’re busy call Monday. I did instead a search for a local IB plumber and Genesis came up. I called them and got an answer right away told them gentleman what was going on and he gave me advised on what to do in the meanwhile team be coming to me in a hr. The 2 they sent were super calm which calmed me. Because it was a bad clog and had to come back next day with a jet. They cleaned up covered and left everything nice. Next morning they were able to jet through and again left everything clean and also gave some pointers on what to avoid and look for. I highly recommend this company for any one looking for a trusted and professional team!
