We had water damage in our home. We we met with a mitigation company that gave us very scary talk about mold. We told them goodbye, and God lead us to Serv-pro Inglewood. Johnson came out the same day that we called. He talked to us with kindness and concern for our needs. Johnson and his team are the best and by the way, we had no mold. Also He and his crew of people was timely in getting my furniture and personal items packed and stored, and when construction was completed he made sure all his work was timely . The entire post-fire remediation process was extremely challenging for me, but ServPro of Inglewood was so very helpful every step of the way. We contacted Servpro (Johnson) in the mist of a nightmare, I was frantic, but Johnson reassured me that he would handle everything, he asked me to just meet him at the property let me assess the damage I will work with the insurance company and we will get this taken care of. The process was just as he stated seamless, in a professional manner he kept me updated with everything that he was doing and his interaction with my adjuster at the insurance company. I would recommend whole heartedly Johnson and his Servpro franchise to anyone unfortunately that experiences water damage or any of the other services that Servpro professionally offers. Johnson is kind and very nice. Unfortunately we had to deal with (Johnson) Servpro for 3 different claims within 4 months and Johnson was there for us each time we needed his services. Jaime will string you along and charge you for supplies you are not getting AND labor that literally sleeps on the job....Part of his games or bullying I feel is because the way he deals with me and my specific race.....I'm not black or white or hispanic.....I really feel he is bullying me based somewhat off of his implicit ideas about me and my race....... HE IS RUDE and NASTY when you ask for something like a date or time some sub contractor my show up....NOT NAGGING SIMPLY ASK ONCE and if he isnt in the mood or has no answer and knows well he should already be done with the job....he gives attitude .......I AM NOT making any false accusations...I can prove everything I have stated with pics and video except whether he is nasty with me or just like that with everyone! HIS GUYS LITERALLY SLEEP ON THE JOB NO JOKE !

I've done several significant remodeling projects over the years. Fernando from Cal-For Construction is, by far, the most reliable and honest contractor I've ever worked with. In many cases, Fernando has added value to plans and come up with better/faster/less-expensive methods of construction. He's also very easy to work with in terms of making last minute changes and (unlike other contractors I've worked with) won't use changes as leverage to increase costs. Further, he must be a great boss as his team of workers has been with him for decades.

Jaime and his crew have been such a pleasure to work with. From communication to their work ethic, it was very professional !! We have worked with Cal-For Construction several times - a roof repair and a complete kitchen/Guest Bath makeover including partial removal of a load bearing wall, and now a repair to the Kitchen and adjacent Guest Bath for a water leak. They are professional, care about their work, and will not complete the job with any detail left to do. They strive for customer satisfaction every step of the way and are responsive in any way needed. We would always consider them first for any project!
