With the end of the federal subsidy looming in December of 2025, Solartech committed to completing the system by the end of the year, they were the only solar company to make that commitment that I was considering and worked with me to get it done, I’m very happy with the quality, service, and solution they provided.

We are mostly satisfied however. Our install was supposed to be completed in mid-September instead got completed in late December. The reason for the delay was that the first crew showed up in complete and they couldn't finish on that day and so then they came back another day. But then we found out that there is a problem with an installation location which they then fixed working even later on that day. But then we found out that that had to be repermited and that was followed by a series of single person texts from solar tech people about rescheduling, the next steps etc but those texts we're inconsistent with each other. That caused us to have to do a lot of emailing and texting everybody who would listen to try to figure out what was going on. There was also a lot of rescheduling with no notice. And finally when it was all done it was still something wrong and someone had to come back again and fix it. Some things you guys could do better is to not have your team communicate on solo texts because that means everyone is not seeing or accountable for the same communication. I also think I was oversold on panels but that is on me. Finally the super panels we were sold into were somehow not available at the time of installation. Our sales experience was generally exceptional and patient but our installation experience was not stellar. Nevertheless compared to the problems I've heard from my friends with other companies this was a piece of cake so it's a mixed bag for me. I'm glad it was done on time but I feel like the only reason it was done on time is because we had to push you at every delay. My post installation experience has been great though including seeing my system collect energy during these California rainstorms.

This has been a long journey of discovery for our family, and we appreciate the professional way Crystel and Chris (also Chris and his team of two who connected everything today, 3/2/26, for us.) I am a home owner in the San Gabriel Valley. I recently had a solar system installed by Solar Tech company. I am very happy with the design and installation of solar panels for my ADU. I want to give special credit to Jorge Arriola for getting the final approval from the city’s building inspector. Jorge was professional and checked to make sure that everything required by the city was done and in order. On the day of final inspection, I had to leave my home to do some errands, and Jorge assured me not to worry, that he would wait for the inspector all day if he had to. He said everything is under control. When I returned, Jorge presented me with the inspectors final approval and he also answered questions that I had.
Jorge made final inspection a breeze which is appreciated.

Jorge from Solar Tech was here to do a survey and did a great job of reviewing it from outside, also thru the attic and discussed on some possibilities of installing the Solar panels and also the power wall.

Solar Tech installed our solar panels earlier this year along with two Tesla Batteries. We could not be more happy with our system or the employees who worked on the project. Jorge Ariola was in charge and did an awesome job of communicating to us everything that went into the project. It was a little involved due to the age of the house and some upgrades that were needed to the roof and electrical system. Jorge was instrumental in getting everything accomplished to pass inspection. We felt very fortunate to have him and the Solar Tech crew on board with our solar project.

If I could rate SolarTech a six star company, I would. They went above and beyond to get our solar system installed before the end of the year deadline for the federal tax credit. The installers that they sent out were expert craftsman who were not only professional but also very polite. We could not be any happier. Thanks SolarTech!

Buying the solar system from Solar Tech was a good experience. Sam Johnson is an exceptionally good person. His response time was always unexpectedly less than 5 mins. He made the process very stress free.
Jorge Arriola helped pass the inspection and he explained all my concerns thoroughly and patiently. The staff who installed was also great.
Operations department disappointed me a bit but overall experience is great. I would recommend solar tech.
