Great experience working with Gary Stevens Company. Always on time!!! Affordable prices and very flexible on emergency situations.

I haven't used their services directly but my business is next door to another commercial property they maintain. Recently we had an incident occur in which a large tree they were trimming had some debris fall onto our property and cause a little damage. I reached out to them explaining the situation and they could not have been more professional, prompt and genuinely nice in their response. They remedied the situation immediately and were extremely easy to communicate with. This business has some of the best customer service we've come across and they have been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to everyone at Gary Stevens Landscape.

Love this place!! Lumber tools garden but today keys cut. Sweet rep Tammy stopped what she was doing to cut 3 keys for me ( and later tried in the lock, THEY WORKED PERFECTLY)

At 230pm I rented a tool. The initial technition was helpful, although I had to wait for someone to come to the rental dept. Presently, majority of the tools are marked "do not rent/needs to be serviced". The technition fixed the tool so I could rent it. However her fix did not work. Again, most of the tools are in need of service.

Of course the tool didnt work when I got it home. When I went to store for a second time at 330pm, I had to wait 20 min.s just to get someone to come to the rental dept. Then I waited another 30 min.s for the Manager to come. He did fix the tool, again.

Home Depot, please use your staff better, get your tools serviced, have more than one manager available to help staff especially during peak hours, have staffing for all departments.

Covid isn't the reason your store experience is poor. Home Depot consistently has poor customer service.

Unsafely driving and road rage when I flipped these children off who work for this company. Tail gated me for about 5 miles with high beams on unsafely passed my right side. Swerved into my lane I was in the number 2 lane. Then took off when I tried to take photos of the business signage on truck
