Tree reviews in Inglewood, California

Unbeleivably professional and friendly

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Jorge, the owner is a liar. He will tell you yes to everything, charge you a very expensive price then not do the complete job. Be careful if you do decide to hire him. Have every detail of the job you need done in writing. I didn’t and now I need to find another company & pay more money to finish this job.

A man came to give me an estimate, I found his quote quite high, he lowered it but it still wasn't in my price range. He got very upset and told him there' no reason to be upset. He started his car, made a U turn an offered another price. I said thank you and then he tore up is quotation card and through it down in the street right next to the garbage containers. Real nice, glad I turned him down

Professionalism is their middle name, conscientious of their workmanship and detail to enhance my surroundings. Thank you.

We used these guys and are very pleased with the results. They are professional, respectful and do a great job. Will use them again in the future for sure.

AMAZING!!! They have transformed our property! They do everything from lawn maintenance, to tree trimming to brush clearance. They are always on time, do great work and I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Hired JN Arbor Care to trim all the trees and hedges for our property. Team and staff was very professional. Would highly recommend them.

I hired JN Arbor Care to trim my trees and they were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, quick and fairly priced. I highly recommended them.

JN Arbor Care provided exceptional customer service. They were punctual, professional and did a beautiful job trimming the trees in my front and back yards.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, Jeff is excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The project was left immaculate when the job was completed. I highly recommend JN Arbor Care for tree service!

I could not be more pleased with Jeff and his team. After contacting others comparing prices reviews, communication and skill, we settled on JN Arbor Care. So happy we did, Jeff explained in detail about each tree to be trimmed and and the tree that was being removed. He is most knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with
him and his crew. He even did some extra work and did not charge. When they left
all was cleaned up. Highly recommend!!

My trees were overgrown and needed attention quickly due to the heavy rains this winter. JN Arbor Care came to my home and gave me an estimate within days. Due to additional rain, it took a couple of weeks to get the team scheduled. But the office communicated with me regarding the delay and were at my home on the next fully sunny day! Everyone was polite and professional. They did a fantastic job, clearly followed all safety protocols and left my yard perfectly clean. I highly recommend this business. Their prices are fair and the work is stellar.

My sister recommended I use JN Arbor Care as so many other companies just send out people who hack at the trees, cut away as much as possible so it looks like they've done something and leave you with damaged, unhealthy trees. JN Arbor Care did not disappoint they have an amazing team, including their office staff. Everyone is friendly, listens to your concerns and the work is absolutely top-notch. I can't recommend this company enough.

Showed up on time. Did everything we agreed to. Everything cleaned up. Professional. Would recommend him to anyone.

Excelente servicio ✨✨

Very reliable & professional tree service

Terrible drivers. Almost hit multiple cars with their trucks and trailers. Watched them cut off multiple people in traffic. Don’t support this company.

On 6-18-19 i forgot to pump my gas at the shell at LaCienega and Manchester, when i came back to the store to get refunded the manager showed me on the camera that Jerry's Tree Service pumped my ten dollars and then bought more gas the manager told me she would not refund me until she got the money back from Jerry's I called JTS and the receptionist told me he would pay the money back, he lied. OBVIOUSLY JTS EMPLOYS THIEVES.

The Driver that serviced around Granada Hills on Oct 14 around noon was so Aggressive. Kept honking and was giving an aggressive look. Would not recommend. You need a friendly tree service? Look elsewhere

They were trimming next door to my home.when they finished a large job of removing 20 year plus hedges they did not clean up they mess left on my property. Not very professional. The next day when they returned I had to personally go over then call the owner Jerry to finally owner to them to clean up. They failed to trim high extending branch’s that still tower over my yard. All they would have to do is trim a few branches to make me happy instead of being defensive of their work and being unresponsive Great for their business when the owners will need to call them sooner rather than later for touch up.

Repeat customer here... I recently had Jerry’s Tree Experts cut down a large Palo Verde tree in my backyard, and I couldn’t be happier with their service again! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. The team worked quickly to remove the tree and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward—my yard looked spotless!

On top of their excellent work, their pricing was very reasonable, which is hard to come by these days. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled team for any tree work, I highly recommend Jerry’s Tree Experts. They exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely call them again for any future needs.
