Ray is the greatest technician ever. And if this review was for him it would be 5 stars. But honestly the customer service of Cesar’s and the booking is a nightmare. They have outsourced it and the associates speak horrible English, they call at 9pm, just assign appointments without even calling to try to schedule.

If I didn’t feel that I trusted Ray to do the repair perfectly I would’ve found another company.

Peter was fast, professional, and explained in detail the issue with our oven. He was able to repair the oven quickly. We have been using Caesar's for years for all our appliance repairs. The best in south Orange County!

I had the best experience with Gabe from Caesar’s! He fixed my clothes washer in 30 minutes. Then he took the extra step to clean my dryer vent.
It’s always stressful when an appliance breaks & you’re short of time working full time.
