Leo called to alert he was coming; arrived and assessed the situation, advised what he needed to repair the machine involved, provided his solution and took care of the problem resolving the leak that is now gone. Left the environment as he had found ; no mess no fuss!

We were not impressed with the service. We spent $300 for nothing. The issue is worse now. The technician didn't know how to fix the issue or diagnose the problem with the water dispenser and had to make several calls to his boss/office to get directions on what to do. $300 later it wasn’t fixed and the tech just said sorry I couldn’t fix it! We will not be recommending this company to anyone in Ladera Ranch.
