I give them a five star for our consultation, we did not have any work done. But Ron and Brian were very helpful and I believe honest, listened to our concerns, professional. They were willing to do a partial job. However, we decided the timing wasnt right for us.

I recently hired SunTrust Remodeling for a roof replacement and a new sliding glass door installation with Anlin, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, Kelly was incredibly professional, communicative, and skilled.

For the roof project, they went above and beyond. The crew worked efficiently, and they were careful about keeping the worksite clean, which I really appreciated. The new roof looks fantastic, and I’ve already noticed an improvement in temperature regulation in the house.

The sliding glass door with Anlin is a game-changer. The quality of the door itself is top-notch, and the installation was flawless. It glides effortlessly, seals tightly, and has added so much to the aesthetic of my home.

What stood out the most to me was how detail-oriented they were. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I was happy with every part of the project, and even followed up after the job was done to ensure everything was perfect.

Excellent, amazing, & incredible!!! I hired suntrust for my exterior remodeling project and I couldn't be happier. From the initial appointment to the very finished project I was 100% happy. Reese was my project manger and he made the process amazing. The crew was very detailed with all the stucco work and repairs. Claudia and the office communicated everyday and made we feel special through the whole project! I would 10 out of 10 recommend suntrust for anyone.

First, the paint and stucco work is on point. The detail work is like nothing I've ever seen (and we've done a couple of renovations involving stucco). My only complaint was a little bit of dripping on our new concrete. Just needed a bit more protection but they are going to fix it for us which is all you can ask.

Helene made scheduling really easy and was very communicative. Our rep, Adam, was really nice but came across a little bit like a car salesman. But don't let that throw you, everything he promised was delivered 100%. I did have to remind him of things we talked about so I would recommend putting things in writing early so everyone is always on the same page.

We had the pleasure of working with Ryan Quinten, from the first visit he was very thorough and professional which tells you that you'll be taken care on from the get go.

Ryan was very good at explaining the process from beginning to end and what are the different phases a whole house paint project would entail.

We were presented with different paint options as well as various financing venues we could take and that allows us to make the best financial decision.

I would recommend asking for him by name when getting an estimate for any project.

We had been wanting for some time to get our balcony railing repaired but most contractors considered it too small of a job. The previous owner had patched it, along with various parts of the trim, which now years later were coming apart. We met Ryan from Suntrust who came after work and worked with us to scope the project. We didn’t have any additional surprise costs. We were assigned a project manager, Rusti, who we were able to text with or call when we had questions or wanted to make sure something was going to be addressed. The workers were all very courteous and professional. They did a great job masking everything off before priming and painting and took their time to do the work carefully. Highly recommend.

We recently decided to have our house painted after contemplating it for the last couple of years. We considered a few contractors for the job, including a flyer we had previously saved from SunTrust Remodeling. Delano, Acct Executive, initially explained the process with a detailed presentation followed by a complete measuring of the home. At this point we decided that SunTrust was the way to go. It was the best decision we ever made. A few days later we met with Justin, Construction Mgr. and discussed the timetable and completion of the job. In addition, we added beautiful vinyl gates to enhance the curb appeal of our home.

The painting crew was very professional, always on time, very clean and paid attention to all details. In addition, Rusti, Production Mgr., was in daily contact with me to keep me informed of their progress and the next stages of the project. Rusti was a pleasure to work with in all aspects and was there for us to answer any questions we had. There was no stress during the entire job as all company employees work well as a team.

Ron and Parker came to my house did a thorough inspection. Then gave me a detailed and honest report of the circumstances of the exterior of my house. They took the time to explain the history and reputation of the SunTrust company, their policies and the strength of their company. The fact that they are licensed and bonded is a comfort as well.

Now that the project is finished I would give a five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️++ plus review. My house looks great. The paint is beautiful. Ron Remeyer was a very helpful project manager. Not only does he communicate well, and gets back to me quickly. I also feel he is a very honest forthright person and I appreciate that very much.

Simply put, SunTrust is the best contractor we have ever worked with. They tackled a complex main floor reconfiguration, removing a load-bearing wall and re-routing HVAC. Their engineering know-how and problem-solving skills were evident throughout. The final space is open, bright, and exactly what we wanted.
