This is the 2nd time my wife and I have used Sea Pointe (full kitchen remodel a few years ago and now a kitchen restoration job due to a pipe burst in our wall). My experience with Sea Point has been excellent, rewarding and fun. My design team, Robert and Cynthia, got me. That's not easy because I am kind of off the wall with my design choices. They guided me to a wonderful finish. My guys, Eddy, Cristian, and Antonio, led by Dane, were professional, courteous, hard working, and great company. They showed up every morning at 7:30 and left a clean work space each day by 4:00. My experience was so rewarding that I am going forward with phase two this summer.

Just finished a bath remodel with SeaPointe. From my first meeting with our designer Cheryl to each phase of the project, everything was completed to the highest standards. Marcos worked meticulously on each part of the project, and our new bathroom is a show stopper.

Sea Pointe was hired to provide design build services` for a complete master bath remodel, renovations to two secondary bathrooms, installation of two barn door style closet doors, floating office shelves and built in pullout boxed kitchen drawers.
The Sea Pointe designer was instrumental in providing very attractive and functional options to choose from for all aspects of the project. The project construction lead kept the day to day progress of installation moving forward in a timely manner. Our Project Manager provided oversight of the construction while ensuring design concepts were incorporated.
Sea Pointe answered our questions and provided quality and assurances during the construction process.

We recently completed a full remodel of our beloved beach house on the Balboa Peninsula, and working with Sea Pointe Design & Remodel was, hands down, the best decision we could have made. From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations, and it was thanks to an incredible team—especially Janna (our designer) and Dane (our project manager).

Before we chose Sea Pointe, we spent months interviewing countless construction companies and architects. Our biggest challenge: we wanted to preserve the charm of our quirky beach shack, while transforming the interior to a chic, open, beachy paradise. Nearly everyone else told us to level the house and start from scratch. Janna was the only one who immediately understood and embraced our vision, and in that first conversation, we knew we’d found the right team.

Both of us have hectic, full-time jobs and quickly realized how invaluable the design-build approach would be for our situation. Having every aspect—design, architecture, permitting, and construction—all under one roof made decision-making so much easier and stress-free. Sea Pointe truly made the process easy, efficient, and enjoyable.

Melissa, our architect, worked magic on our funky floor plan—her expertise turned our abstract ideas into creative, practical plans that made the house not only beautiful but functional.

Janna, our designer, was a dream to work with. She guided us through everything—cabinets, colors, fixtures, finishes—and made the overwhelming decisions effortless. She quickly tuned into who we are, championed the things we felt strongly about, and made the call on the things we didn’t. She has impeccable taste, infectious enthusiasm, and made every step fun.

Dane, our project manager, deserves every bit as much praise. From the very first construction meeting, it was clear how much he genuinely cared—not just about the project, but about us and our home. He approached everything with such heart, attention to detail, and kindness. Dane was incredibly organized, responsive, and transparent.

It felt like a family reunion every time Janna, Dane and we met on-site—fun, collaborative, and so rewarding to see the progress together.

We also want to thank all the hands-on team members: Eddie, Jorge, Antonio, Cristian, and our cabinet crew—John, Erik, and Shane. Their craftsmanship and dedication are reflected in every detail. We’ll admit, we were so excited about seeing the progress that we’d pop in on site visits whenever we could, and every single time we felt genuinely welcome. These guys became part of our little family—they never minded us dropping by and took so much pride in the work they were doing. It meant so much to us to feel that genuine connection and enthusiasm from everyone involved.

We can honestly say we could not be happier with our “forever” home. Sea Pointe captured our vision and perfected it. We couldn’t recommend Janna, Dane, and the entire Sea Pointe team more highly. We just completed our kitchen and living room remodel with Sea Pointe. We are very happy with the final product.

Sea Pointe made the process easy and straight forward. As a design-build, they handled everything for our project from design, permitting, procurement, demo, and construction.

We loved working with our designers Aaron and Natalie. We had a good idea of what we wanted but they pushed us to really elevate the design and to add some show stopping details.

During the construction process our project manager Chris kept us updated on the daily construction activities. He let us know as soon as possible about any construction issues and our options to resolve them. This helped to keep the project on schedule and budget. He also coordinated all of the permitting and sign-offs from the city.
It was a pleasure working with Chris.

We loved working with John and Erik. They did a fantastic job with new mantle and wood detail above our fireplace. In addition, the built a fantastic divider for our loft area. The carpentry detail and craftsmanship are amazing.

The Sea Pointe construction crew was great. Danny, Rudy, Jose, Ryan, and Shane were on time and treated our house like their own. They kept the site clean and organized throughout the construction. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

Sea Pointe Construction was nothing but amazing to work with. Having done a major remodel that was a nightmare prior to this, you always go into projects a bit skeptical. From start to finish the experience with Sea Pointe Construction was a breeze. We had a large window in the front of our house removed and the wall opened up to add a large open door. While it was a small project, it was right in the front and central part of my house. The project came in on time! Also I can't say enough about how professional and kind their crew was. They were always very conscious of not being too loud, making sure things were clean and there was minimum impact to us as the home owners. They always showed up on time when they said they would and they really made the whole experience easy! I would recommend Sea Pointe Construction to anyone looking for any size remodel.

Sea Pointe is an amazingly well run company. We had a full bathroom remodel and had a great experience. Johnny Jesse and James were phenomenal. Our designer James made excellent suggestions, the project manager Johnny ensured the project finished early, and Jesse was a jack of all trades on site. I’d recommend Sea Pointe to anyone looking for a top notch remodel. They were conscious of my budget but I would say their focus is on the best product rather than dollars and cents. I would still definitely use them again as they were well worth the cost. They never missed a deadline or made a mistake.

If you have seen the gorgeous kitchens that Sea Pointe Construction creates, you know why they are ranked in the top 2% of design/build construction companies in the U.S. The owners and employees are extremely professional, and they do some of the most beautiful, high quality remodeling and construction work in Orange County. They also have a long history of giving back to the Orange County community! I was lucky to work with Sea Pointe Construction and the Thomas House Family Shelter in Garden Grove as part of a design/build project where Sea Pointe Construction donated, designed and installed top-quality Omega cabinetry to the shelter and coordinated a donation drive with Sea Pointe Construction clients to give furniture and other goods to the shelter. They even set up a food collection box at their Irvine Design Showroom to collect food donations for the shelter. The kitchen that Sea Pointe Construction designed for the shelter was even featured on KTLA 5 News! It is beautiful, and I know it will help homeless families at the shelter feel more at home as they get back on their feet. I would choose Sea Pointe Construction for my next remodeling project based on the quality of their work alone, but their kindness and commitment to the community is the cherry on top!

The greatest decision we ever made was choosing Sea Pointe for our kitchen remodel. For such a disruptive project, we wanted to choose a team that could make everything as easy and simple as possible and that's is exactly what they did. From start to finish, Ray, Jaimie, Skyler, Leo, and the rest of the team made our lives easy as they handles EVERYTHING. We just sat back and relaxed. After much research I decided to go with Sea Pointe for my two bathroom remodels and added on my kitchen remodel as well. Phase one is complete and I couldn't be more happy with the craftsman work, level of detail, follow through and communication. Melissa Zadoorian created the design and worked hand in hand with me for my vision. It turned out amazing. Marc Palazzo the project manager always communicated and answered my phone calls! His team of Jack, Ben and Adrian were amazing. Dedicated, highly skilled workers, who are also very cleanly and always made sure things were good before they ended the day. Phase two to begin soon and I can't wait. Highly recommend Sea Pointe.

We did a kitchen remodel minus cabinetry. We knew what we were looking for in the design and materials. We used Sea Point because our friends had a good experience with them. We worked with Aaron Grim, Cynthia Ortega, Jennie and Elias and they made it all come together. Absolutely love our new updated kitchen…..makes us happy.

We just completed a remodel that included replacing carpet and stone flooring with porcelain tile, a complete replacement of kitchen cabinets and appliances, raising a ceiling, plumbing fixtures, and a few other smaller things. Sea Pointe did a great job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them anyone thinking of this kind of project. Our designer, Allison, was a great help with materials selection, and put together the overall contract. The project was well-run by Marc with lots of communication, and Jack helped to coordinate. A special thanks to Ben, who was a regular on-site day-to-day, taking care of anything that needed to be done. Anytime you start opening up ceilings and walls there are going to be surprises, but they were all handled efficiently, and Sea Pointe’s coordination between various sub-contractors was very smooth. This was our third project using Sea Pointe, and we had great results each time.

I hired Sea Pointe after a former contractor completely demolished my house and left it in chaos with no real plan or accountability. I couldn’t even live in the home for over a year. We hired Sea Pointe for our Master Bathroom Remodel.
It was Mike for Design and Chris for Project Manager, along with many others that made up a great team. Their contractors did a fantastic job too! We did an almost total remodel of our Master Bathroom and it went from a 25yr. old look to an updated beautiful hotel/spa look that I wanted.
As with every project there were a few bumps in the road, but with Sea Pointes attentiveness and expertise in matters everything went well and our bathroom is STUNNING!!
Also being a Design/Build company they took care of everything, so that made it simple for us. We would definitely recommend and look forward to our next project with Sea Pointe.
