I've had a really frustrating experience with this company. We've had situations over the course of one year where cleaners have not showed up or showed up at least 45 minutes late and not even notified us that they're running late. This hasn't happened once it's happened at least three times.

In addition to that we've also had challenges where they've increased the price by $50 with lower quality of care and follow through. The actual cleaners are fantastic kind present and affective. The business is run really poorly and management is terrible. I wouldn't work with this organization going forward

They did a great job! Adult son and his dog moved out and I needed help. They swooped in, 3 women strong and did a thorough job in 2 hours. They were a little late, running behind from their earlier job but I had communication so not a big deal. I only need occasional help so I won’t use regularly, but will definitely use Rite Maid again. Highly recommend!

I'm moving so I needed cleaners ASAP to do a deep clean of our 2 bedroom duplex. Rite Maid responded quickly and said they could be at the house the next day. The team arrived on time and worked hard for about 4 hours leaving the house the cleanest it's ever been. If I ever need a cleaning service again, they are the only ones I'm calling.

The ladies could speak English and follow instructions very well. My house is clean and I am totally satisfied

I’ve used them 3 times now and always love their work! Lupita is my go to girl for all cleaning needs. The quality of the work, the pricing and the time it takes (roughly 2.5 hours) is outstanding. Disappointed with professionalism and time management

I hired Check Rite Maid LLC for a standard house cleaning, but unfortunately, I had a poor experience. The team arrived and spent over an hour and a half cleaning just two small bathrooms upstairs, leaving other essential tasks like vacuuming and mopping unfinished.

When I reminded them that these tasks were part of the agreed service, they insisted that their two hours were up and left the job incomplete. I had not requested any extra work beyond the original scope, and I was disappointed by the lack of responsibility and poor time management.

Two people should have been able to complete the job in the time promised. I expect better professionalism and accountability from a cleaning service. Sadly, I cannot recommend them based on this Experience.

We asked for a “deep” cleaning and after 3 hours the 2 woman crew did an exceptional job!! Professional and friendly! Our home smelled fresh and clean.

RiteMaid does an excellent job with thorough cleaning at reasonable rates! They are easy to work with and will accommodate our busy school schedule by cleaning in the early hours before school starts. We are very happy with their service.

I had them for the first time and I really loved what they did and how professional they were. They did a very great job and I didn't even need to be there and keep telling what I want, they knew what they do. I was so lucky to found them and I will become their forever customer from now on.

I have full time job, pretty much don’t have time to clean up my house, I was so need in deep cleaning service , cleaning team did such awesome job, I spoke with RiteMaid office and told them to pay attention on bathroom areas specifically , ladies cleaned my bathroom spotless , and team job met my specific demand, I would use their again for sure!

I typically don’t write reviews and debated on writing a review on here. I was provided a deep cleaning service on 8/28. I allowed 2 women in my new home to clean for 4 hours, I came back to check on them and they shattered the glass shelf of my refridgerator. I spoke to their manager and they agreed to reimburse me $50 off for my quoted service (unfortunately I agreed and turns out I will be paying $100 or so to get the correct model of the glass frame along with shipping). The women that came to clean my home did such a poor job. You expect a spotless home for a deep cleaning but got the opposite. It looked like they didn’t clean my home whatsoever. Stains were left in the kitchen, baseboards still dirty, bathroom dirty, hairs, dust, stains in cabinets. Oh and turns out the glass they shattered from my fridge, they hid under my fridge instead of disposing the glass safely. I reached out to the manager to let them know I was unsatisfied with their work and essentially said that it’s my fault I didn’t let the women know while they were still in the house (which is funny because the woman that broke my glass, literally ran out of my house instead of talking to me) anyway he said that I wasted their resources, time and gas and the only thing he could do is have them come back for 1 hour BUT I have to pay more for their service. I don’t know if it was the 2 women they sent to my home, but it seemed like they never cleaned a day in their life. Now my husband and I are stuck with deep cleaning our home instead. Such a waste of time and money. I would steer far away from this company. Please see attached photos of their work.
