OC smartclean has been our go to cleaning partner for our properties in Orange County. Their team does great work, just wish they covered our properties in San Diego as well.

I used their service this past weekend to do a deep cleaning of my apartment (1,200 square feet). The cleaning lady was almost 1 hour late. She took 6 hours to deep clean a 1,200 square feet apartment. She still missed cleaning the kitchen (oven, dishwasher, kitchen cabinets, and drawers). She also forgot to clean the carpets. Steven and Kristen promised me a cleaning team (2-person team) doing an excellent job of deep cleaning. This was not the case.

One of the best experiences I’ve had for cleaning services. They communicated so well with me and made sure to walk me around after to see if I was happy with the service. Such hard working people and they deserve every penny 🙏🩷 thank you so much for helping us.

I used OC SmartClean to do a deep cleaning of my son's student apartment at UCI. The apartment had a variety of roommates for over 5 years when he joined them 2 years ago. Being all guys for those many years, the apartment was really dirty!
Nevelle was great in working with me to determine the various cleaning options and the pricing of each. There was great communication by text and email on what will happen and when. OC SmartClean is essentially a referral agency that sets up jobs for independent cleaners. Elizabeth and her husband that came out to do the cleaning were on time and worked for almost 4 hours cleaning the 1000 sq ft apartment. They did an excellent job and I am happy with the result.
