I didn’t not have a very good experience with ICS. I would consistently have issues with the cleaning job, send a picture with description over to the account manager (Adelina), and consistently did not have the problem fixed. They seemed to have an issue with cleaning the glass - they was always smears, cleaning off counters in our kitchen, etc. When the account manager would come for her quality control check, I would bring up everything I wanted done and she would just say “oh we can’t do that because of this or that..”. Not a problem solving approach. I did not have a good experience with them cleaning our 12,000 sq. Ft. Bldg. I noticed that they did not vacuum when they were supposed to & rarely cleaned the offices that are all along the back side of our bldg. The maids would come in and eat dinner in our kitchen for about 30 mins and then get to work. We don’t have a lot of people in the office all the time so it seemed like they took advantage of that and would just clean the spaces that were used (if even that) while we were paying them to clean the whole bldg. Very disappointed in their unprofessionalism and cleaning.

I was a few days away from opening my business after remodeling, and the space was still dusty and not ready for customers. The floors needed professional polishing and finishing fast so we could open on time.

After speaking with Alex, he assured me he would take great care of us. He sent a professional crew that worked diligently on-site polishing and dialing in the concrete floors until they looked clean, smooth, and ready for business. The best part was I didn’t have to micromanage, they knew exactly what to do and came fully equipped with their own machines and materials.

My team and I were able to focus on getting everything else ready for opening, and we were able to open our doors right on schedule. Highly recommend - honest, hardworking, and professional team!

I had a mixed experience with this cleaning service. The cleaners themselves did a great job. The quality of the cleaning was solid and the pricing is very reasonable, which I really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the communication from management was extremely frustrating. There was a thread of over 25 emails just to resolve a simple document signature, and it showed a clear lack of understanding on their end. While we did know when the cleaners arrived for scheduled visits, there was little to no communication about when they would be coming back for the next cleaning. We were left guessing, with no clear follow up via email, text, or phone.

We initially signed up for a bi monthly service as a trial to see if we wanted to continue long term. While the cleaning quality met expectations, the lack of communication makes it difficult to rely on them consistently.

If they can improve their communication and organization, this would be an excellent service. Right now, it feels very disorganized despite having strong cleaners.

My experience with Momentum Janitorial was amazing compared to other companies that we worked with. They were friendly, worked in a timely manner and were professional through the whole process. We are truly happy with their service and will continue to work with them in the future.

Let me first put out the disclaimer that when we were taking bids for the commercial office cleaning at our Irvine and Anaheim locations that Momentum Janitorial was not our first choice. Simply put we had an agenda from the finance dept to cut cost and go with the lowest price which is what we did and that's why we didn't originally choose Momentum.
What a HUGE mistake and if I can help anyone avoid the same issues we went through that would be great. The adage goes you get what you pay for and it couldn't have been more true from our experience with choosing the cheapest vendor. Everything from not showing up the first day, excuses, bad cleaning, old and broken down supplies, to just poor attitude.
We finally had enough and decided to give Momentum Janitorial a try and it has been a complete reversal. This company while not the cheapest they are professional, responsive, courteous, and they do a wonderful job cleaning both of our locations. I would give them a 5 star but i docked a star for pricing.

Bottom line is if your tired of janitorial companies that give half an effort then call these guys and you won't regret it.
