I am an HOA Community Manager who has been extremely impressed by the professionalism and excellent customer service that has been provided on one of my year long re-pipe projects in West Hollywood. I was referred to Pipe Restoration Solutions (PRS) while searching the Web for solutions to a suspected plumbing leak at my home. The PRS team is responsive, knowledgeable, professional and very proficient. Work performed includes pipe (waste line) cleaning and video inspection, pipe lining, and stucco patching to match existing wall finish. PRS team members included Christian, Caleb, Orlando, Javier, and Mark. Operations Manager Jerry was also very responsive. Do not hesitate to hire PRS if you suspect that you have a need for pipe restoration due to cracks, corrosion and the like.

Thank you to Pipe Restoration for sending Ron and Eli to complete the sewer re-lining in my property. Ron and Eli worked as a team to get the work completed, kept me informed of their progress and did a fabulous job cleaning up after the job was complete. Thank you both for a job well done!

Last week two of your employees, Matt and Chris, came into my home to do the pipe liner as part of the huge project here in Laguna Woods. I wasn't looking forward to the inconvenience of having workers in my home over several days. They made me do a total turn around. They were clean, polite, and incredibly pleasant!! I am actually sorry to see them go!! I sometimes complain about how you seldom experience customer service nowadays. They both exemplified it and are GREAT representatives for your company. Congratulations on finding such gems!

The sewer line of a four-house unit was fixed in timely manner. The service people kept everything clean, inside and outside of their working space. Even with picky requests from customers, they still do their best to reach customer’s satisfaction.

Had PRS come out and install Nuflow liner in our sewer pipes since roots were growing in our clay pipes. We also had the liner extend into our cast iron pipes since they're old. Working with their field crew was great. They communicated when we needed to stop using the water and updated us on progress and estimated time to completion. There was a little miscommunication on the scope but the field crew figured out a solution that worked for everybody. So highly recommend them as the field crew definitely cared about the quality of their work and making sure the sewers were available to use again at the end of each work day and for having no issues meeting Costa Mesa Sanitation District requirements and passing inspection for the cleanout installation.

The guys were very professional. They kept me updated on what was going to happen and how long things were going to take. They always laid down drop clothes and cleaned up at the end of the day. Mark, Travis, Vince, and Eric were a great crew to work with!

I highly recommend using PRS for relining sewer pipes. Their teams are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, focused, and explain their work all along the way. You can watch the before, after cleaning, and after relining videos while being made, ask questions, and keep the videos after the job is done. They minimize as much as possible breaking into tile or stucco to access and/or expand clean outs for relining the pipes, and they clean up at the end of each workday. And they were less than half the price of a quote I received from another relining service, which didn't know their business as much as PRS as they wanted to do much more excavation into stucco to access clean outs than PRS needed at areas that PRS didn’t need to access. Also, PRS's cost was much less than half the cost of replacing the underground pipes from a quote I received a couple of years ago. I'm so glad I considered alternatives and gave PRS a chance to bid the project.

Got 3 bids and was really impressed with the estimators (epoxy sleeve install in our old cast iron pipes.) So glad we chose PRS, Rob & Javier were so courteous, considerate of our time and space, and they went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mother could use the restroom after she was released from the ER (they really didn’t have to but did out of the kindness of their hearts). As a Real Estate Investor / Property Manager Im no stranger to Plumbing Companies, and these guys are the crème de la crème. Also important to note that the estimate from a regular plumbing company was 3x higher due to the fact that they didn’t know what they were talking about as Pipe restoration is specialized and not something a regular plumber should estimate. They wanted to jack up our slab to access a line which was totally unnecessary so it’s really best to use experts when addressing pipe restoration. Had a tough situation in my drain line, there was a piece of plastic wedged in just past the cleanout, down a foot and then past a 90 degree bend. 5 or 6 plumbers looked at it and said it couldn't be done without breaking up the concrete and cutting the pipe open. Phil came out, set to work on it, and was able to fish it out, no concrete work, no pipe cutting, none of that. Saved me a huge amount of money and headache. Absolute professional as well, highly recommended.

Very thorough and professional. All the employees are friendly and explained each step. PRS lined 2 pipes that were leaking. Excellent work! I highly recommend this company.

PRS has been working in our complex for a few weeks, but our building specifically the past week. Although any type of plumbing work is disruptive, this has been the best of experiences. The guys working in around our condo, Travis & Javier, have provided us with frequent and open communication, explained everything, given us plenty of notice when they needed to turn off the water or come inside, very respectful of our space and always clean everything up at the end of the day. Highly recommend!
