The service from Metropolitan Heating & Air Conditioning was EXCELLENT! Adam was on time, very professional, and most of all solved our problem-got the air conditioner to work immediately. I highly recommend them!

Both my experiences with Metro have been great. Adam is really awesome. Professional and courteous! Within 4 months I had two different problems w my AC. They came out the day after I called. It was 108 degrees in Irvine last week when my AC failed. So they were really busy, but they expedited my service. Thank you Metropolitan.

He diagnosed the problem with in 15 minutes. Repaired the capacitor and now the unit works once again. I was so hesitant after reading the reviews, but am pleasantly surprised that all seems to have gone well and fingers crossed my air conditioner will work great this summer.

We have a smart home and not the easiest house to diagnose, but they found our problem and fixed it. They kept in communication with us and were very honest and fair. Daniel was extremely professional and the customer service that helped us schedule were also great. Unfortunately our insurance wouldn't cover our wiring problem, but we are happy to have it fixed. I have been using Metropolitan Heating and Air for over 4 years now for my AC and heating repair / maintainence. These guys are super trustworthy and reliable. They always show up on time and promptly when i have an issue. One thing that really stands out is that their prices are very reasonable and they never sell me on something i don't need. A few years back, i was told by other companies that I would need a new A/C and when Metropolitan came out, they just fixed a control board in my system and the whole thing cost a fraction of the cost of a new A/C. Highly recommended!

An awesome team of HVAC professionals. They did inspected my HVAC system and identified the problem correctly. They did an installation with the modifications I requested with such a great way. I couldn't be happier with another team than this. They did installed it clean and the communication was very professional. The inspector Adam deserves kudos to his approach and honesty in communication . I will recommend them to anyone. The duct work needed some modification and also movement of heating furnace . Every job is completed neatly and perfect.
