Working with the EL-FI Homes team was a great experience from start to finish.
When we first started discussing the project, my goal was pretty simple: reduce my electric bill and move away from the gas furnace that had been in the home for years. What impressed me was how flexible the team was in designing a solution that fit my budget while still achieving those goals.
The project involved several moving parts. We coordinated roofing work first to make sure everything was done properly before installing the solar system. After that, the EL-FI team installed a beautifully designed solar array that blends nicely with the roof and doesn’t look bulky or out of place.
Later, we replaced the old gas furnace with a modern heat pump, which not only improved comfort but also significantly reduced the carbon footprint of the home. The system runs quietly, looks clean, and integrates well with the overall setup.
What really stood out was the attention to aesthetics and thoughtful design. The solar panels look sleek on the roof, and the heat pump installation was done in a way that keeps the exterior of the home looking neat and organized.
The biggest result, though, is the energy savings. Thanks to the solar system and electrification upgrades, my electric bill has dropped dramatically—often down to just a few dollars.
Overall, I appreciated how flexible, transparent, and affordable the team was throughout the process. They made what could have been a complicated project feel straightforward.
