Updated review: after complaining, I was contact by the company and my tree was replaced.
Original review:
Bought a number of trees here. One of our palms was not doing well a month after planting. I called Moon Valley to inquire about the 3 month warranty we had but they kept gaslighting. They would say "text us photos of the tree and we can go from there". I texted photos, they said "they'd check with their manager". Following up with them I got no response. This happened with two separate employees from Moon Valley and never ended up getting a response by the time the warranty expired. Almost one year later and the tree is still looking awful. Not pleased with this experience -

Went to Moon Valley to buy a whole slew of trees/plants for our backyard. Lacey helped us find trees for our project - she did a great job finding trees I was specifically looking for (even looking at other Moon Valley locations) and showing me trees I hadn't thought of. She was very patient and never rushed us, even though we wanted to see a lot. I made some changes to the order before the delivery day and she was always accommodating and quick to respond (really quick!).
Delivery and planting day went well. Brandon, Juan, Alex and Manuel were all pros. They planted about 30 trees and plants and were excellent about consulting with me about placement and right before trees went into the ground (to choose best face) - trees were all straight and placed in exactly the right spots. There was no question that they knew exactly what they were doing.
My only advice if you're ordering a lot of plants is to choose/approve EVERY plant before delivery day - there were a few plants that were much too small for their price/container size, which we cancelled - but it was all taken care of with no problem. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again - especially trees.

Very good experience. The crew is friendly and helpful. They worked with me on some special planting needs. I'm a general contractor and an engineer. Very often when I hire a service I am disappointed but this was not the case here. I'm very happy with moon nursery and their staff.
The site manager in Irvine, Nick was also very helpful and followed up with advice on proper care.
