I just received an estimate. The gentlemen who came to help me were lovely and honest and fair. When I did not want to pay the price, they quoted me, they sincerely tried to see if there was a way they could accommodate what I was hoping to spend. I was just not quite ready to do the work since I’m not sure how long I will be keeping these drapes. I took their quote and said I would call another day. They could not have been more gracious.

You did very nice job on my kitchen floor but I feel I have been a bit over-charged. Your sales people quoted me roughly 1/2 of what you quoted me. When I added it all up, your rate turns out to be roughly $500 per hour which is more than I wanted to spend.

Please reconsider adjusting my bill to something a bit more fair. If you are willing to reconsider and adjust the amount, I’ll send you a revised check promptly.

My Coit techician, Heston, did an outstanding job cleaning my dining room chairs. The six chairs had not been cleaned in four years. After he finished removing the stains and dirt from the chairs they look new as when I bought them over twenty years ago. Excellent work!

While the cleaning service was excellent, the information and estimate for the cleaning of vents was not. I was asked for a great deal more money than planned for online. The technician said he had to get on roof to clean the main unit, and that was just not true. But he did not ask me where the main unit was (right in my hallway) and I did not understand why he had to have access to the roof until later. Your loss of income for this job should be enought incentive to train the technicians to ask questions before providing estimate based on erroneous information.

Great job! The guys were courteous and worked quickly. They kept me informed at every step. The ducts are clean and I can breathe easier thanks to COIT.

Easy to schedule and appointment. No hassle. Arrived on time. Quick and efficient. We needed our dryer vent cleaned out. They were able to do it from the outside. Mass amounts of lint!!!

To note - technicians should wear booties over their shoes! After going up and down basement floors full of dirt, dust and mint, up into a white tiled floor (freshly cleaned) and back out to the van, lots of dirt tracked over the house.

Bravo! The technician (forgive me for not remembering his name) was wonderful. He was very patient as I had a couple of services taking place at the same time.

My rug and draperies came out good, considering I have 2 Yorkies that have all but destroyed them with their small bodies. He applied stain remover and the results were satisfactory, much better than pre-treatment/cleaning. I was happy that discounts were applied and there was no hard pressure up-sale for services.

I definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer as needed.

Called Coit out to give us an estimate on our shower tile and grout. Service tech started the job then called and said he's gonna have to charge additional, agreed since he had already started. Not happy at all with finished product. I would not recommend using them for this type of service

We had an amazing experience at COIT! It was easy to book and the price on the quote was about the same as what we paid when the job was done. We signed up for a morning appointment and Brendan called us right on time to let us know when he'd arrive. He did an awesome job and was incredibly thorough. The floors and carpets look great! We are recommending everyone try COIT.

I have a tumbled marble kitchen floor. Coit did a cleaning 2-3 years ago, so it was time to have the floor cleaned again. I'm always impressed with the job they do. The tech, Heston, was great. Kitchen floor looks brand new. Heston also cleaned the tile floor and shower on the bathroom. Again, awesome results.

Wasn’t going to write a review but ended up writing one. The reasons were the following: Requested a morning appointment two days out, no one called to confirm. When I called the day before they said, mornings not available but 12pm-2pm was, that’s fine. Appointment time comes and unfortunately he couldn’t make it until 4:45pm. That’s still sorta fine as long as it gets done. After 5pm it’s dark, so I couldn’t see how good or bad of a job it was (see pictures). This morning as we have a chance to look, we realized that all along the edges around the kitchen, dirt marks were never cleaned all the way. Few more areas as well. Half the grout in the tile was cleaned and looks white, the other have looks dirty/dark. Spending $700 and getting this result was not happy. Also please tell the professionals to not wear their sneakers as they go out to the van and back in the house on the newly cleaned floors. I noticed one area with a foot print from the dirt on the bottom of the sneakers mixed in with cleaned solution on the wood floors that were cleaned and sealed. Very disappointing service.

They had being several times to our property This time to clean extra well our air ducks and vents due to exposure to smoke and soot contamination due to our neighbor house being burnt completely.

The job was started on time and completed in a timely manner. The technician was helpful; however, the kitchen area needs to have additional work. The tile flooring under the refrigerator and stove was overlooked, nor was any recommendation made for this area. The technician must return to complete this area, the appliances have been moved to provide easy access for the technicians equipment. I gave notice Sunday and requested a return service call.
