MSP has been awesome. They came for an estimate on time, the work was begun that very day and they are always responsive. Their technicians are always professional and knowledgeable about the systems. Called for service this morning, they scheduled Brandon. He arrived on time. He asked a couple questions, I turned on the ac at the thermostat, he looked at the unit, he went to get his tools, tested something on the ac unit, explained exactly what the problem was, quoted me a price and fixed my ac within 30 mins. Approximate total time 50 mins. Fast, friendly service. Thank you!

The guys are so young but they know their job, they are caring and very helpful, the best part they answer a service call after 9 pm, and have someone the very next day to take care of business. I am very happy and trust this company.

Initially I was unhappy that MSP charged my credit card the whole amount when I told them I wanted to split the cost between 2 cards. But MSP contacted me to ensure I was a happy customer and made things right. The quality of their work is amazing and now that I know they care about their customers happiness I will be a customer moving forward and would recommend them to anyone looking to get quality work done. I've had a great experience with MSP Heating and Air Conditioning. My AC system was defective and I have called this company at 8pm. At 9:20pm a professional team came, Danny was the technician and Brandon his assistant, and they have explained the possible causes of the AC symptoms. They have cleaned my dusty dirty unit, changed my filter, installed a new contactor and fully diagnosed my unit, all in 1h and 20 minutes!!
This company is very reliable, fast, professional and friendly. I totally recommend them! I liked the most the transparency and explanations of all the process giving me confidence and knowledge regarding my unit's issues.
The only bad part is that Google reviews don't support more than 5 stars. I would have give them 10

Kevin and Angel are the most genuine people I’ve met. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They take their work ethic to a next level. They live up to the company’s expectations if not more. Kevin and Angel were both efficient and I quick with the repairs. If I can give MSP 1,000 stars I would but unfortunately google only allows me to put 5. I recommend to everyone who reads this message to connect with MSP. I had the pleasure of having Brandan come over and help diagnose what was going on with my swamp cooler. He was super professional and you can tell he has a great wealth of knowledge for what he does. Highly recommend. Great service will be calling them again for assistance

My technician Angel was excellent. He was on time, communicated with me every step of the way and was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and extremely friendly. He gave me a price for service that was exactly what was quoted. It was clearly he was experienced and took the extra time to help educated me on the service he was providing, why I was having issues and what to expect in the future. I highly recommend and I will definitely be going back to him for future issues.

Our technician was Kevin Colon and we couldn’t have been happier to get him to come to the high desert on such short notice. He was professional and really helped us and gave us all our information on how to finance our new AC unit. Thank you Kevin!

MSP heating and air are the absolute best. When my ac went out during the hottest time of the year Angel the technician was at my home in an hour. My ac was up and running immediately. Charges are reasonable and Angel explained the problem with my ac and the solution needed to get it running again. Thanks MSP for your great service!

Brandon and Brandon (Tyler) were awesome! They were polite, explained what they were doing, provided options and honest recommendations. The cost was very reasonable. MSP reviews are fantastic and there is a reason for that, these guys are awesome! I subscribed to their monthly membership program because this is the type of company that I want to rely on in the future. Keep it up! 😊

Brandon was great and very helpful. He came for a diagnostic but we found that there was an issue with the breaker. He opened it up and inspected it even though he was supposed to be there for the HVAC. He's helping me get in touch with an electrician now. I recommend using MSP for your services for sure. Great experience.
