A great job removing a big 150-200 yr old tree 5 feet from the house where the top was dead 9 (maybe 100 ft tall). Also removed 4 other trees & placed them in areas to help with erosion control where I requested. Cut the remaining rounds in ~16" sections. In 2017 Timberwolfe removed 10 large trees.

We called John at Estate Tree Services to advise us about defensible space and were so impressed with his knowledge and respect for trees. So when he found rot in the base of two 50 trees (one of which was leaning towards the house), we knew we wanted him for the job. And it was pretty amazing to see John climbing trees of that size and dropping portions of the trunk with precision. The area was dotted with standing sprinklers- none of which was damaged. The team had to haul two truckloads of 100 pound slices of tree on sleds over rubber mats to the driveway - and they managed to do it with minimal damage to the lawn. It was a pleasure to watch how professionals get the job done!

Blocking one ways in KB. No care about the people around them. Can't say anything about the quality of service they provide but judging by how they dont care about the public around them they wont care about the plants they put in the ground either. Stiff competition around here and I would choose a company with respect.

I believe merged with Armstrong Trees. So this review is for Armstrong Trees. They offered a very reasonable bid and came out the next day to limb a number of trees on the property. They were quick, efficient, safe and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.

City required a sewer pressure test. We did not know the location of the clean-out at the street. Tapco found it, brought the 40 year old pipes up to code, did the pressure test and stayed until the city inspector came out just in case there were questions or problems. They knew what they were doing. Very professional and kept me informed. Same with Stephanie in the office - very professional, set my expectations on possible costs and came in with a very fair price. I highly recommend Tapco for this type of work and I suspect they are very good at other services they offer as well!

Absolutely too notch service. Fixed my collapsing roof and found other issues he got right on top of. Kind, friendly and hardworking. 10/10 Would recommend!!!

Called on a Sunday, got an answer. Asked if he provided emergency same day service. Didn't say anything except the words "call tomorrow" and then hung up on me. Nice guys!

They were able to trouble shoot an intermittent issue and kept me informed during the process.

Concerned they won't service a problem from their installation of our HVAC. I had a lot of hope they would be a great long term partner for my home but am now suspicious.

The people at Huffs could not have been more wonderful, and I was really in trouble. A bear had taken out the duct work under the house, the heater failed and it was November! Not to worry, though. Huffs was on site within a day, and fixed everything, including issues we didn't even know were there. I cannot say enough about how great they are as a company, and how they saved the day when I was really in need!

Three fails in a row - I manage luxury homes in the truckee/tahoe area and have dealt with many vendors over the years. This experience makes me want to tell the world of my frustration with them. They have no communication, no booking confirmation email or day before reminders. This company has cost my client money for each of their missed appointments without getting any service. Disappointing.

I first called these guys to complete a wine cellar cooling unit service on June 5 and was scheduled for service on June 30 beweet 8-10. On June 30 I called at 11:30 since no technician arrived. They said their computers were down and they'd have to call me back. They called back within the hour and said they overbooked the day and would have to reschedule. Ok, no problem

They rescheduled work for July 3 arriving 8-10. At 10:45 I called the office again for an update. They assured me someone was coming out that day but couldn't give me a time. After 3pm I called several times, no answer and voicemail full. I could not leave a message.

I called again on monday after the holiday and told them nobody showed up. There was no apology or acknowledgement of their second mistake. Ok, I see a pattern but let’s try again. They then rescheduled me for July 9 arriving 8-10. On July 9th at 11 I left the house and never heard from anyone.

On July 10 at 11:30 I got a call from the technician saying he was on his way but wanted to know if he could show up at 2:30 instead.

I had gladly already called another vendor and got service scheduled for the following week.
