We selected CH Anderson to do a complete remodel of our home. We demo'd down to studs and foundation, added a second story, and redesigned the first floor layout. Even though we started right as COVID was raging, they finished the job early - in 10 months we could move in! Joe was our project manager, and he is fantastic, experienced, and responsive. He anticipates what you need or will want, and incorporates it into the bid. He and Katie the office manager gave us regular progress reports, and let us know exactly when decisions were due. They have a very experienced crew at their demand that does quality work - they do not skimp. They were here 6 days a week (sometimes with multiple crews) until the majority of the work was done, and Joe came by the site nearly every day. If there's an issue, they address it promptly, and without a fuss. They made our remodel experience painless and easy, and it is obvious why the company has such a great reputation (their signs are all over town). We are extremely happy with our home, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Joe Racanelli and his team ( including his assistant Katie Norton and subcontractors) at CH Anderson are the absolute best! I think I’m the only person I know ( other than the neighbor who referred me) who had a completely positive experience with a complete exterior restoration of their home ( extensive exterior drainage work, house painting, gutters, exterior shutters, new concrete driveway, new concrete back patio and beautiful patio trellis structure, a wonderful in ground basketball system for our kids and more). Upon bidding our job, due to his expertise, Joe was able to sort out what needed to be done and what was unnecessary. I believe they have a great reputation in our community for a reason - high quality and reasonable prices. Their ability to communicate effectively during the process was very much appreciated. They are kind people and we loved working with them!

Had the opportunity to witness a few projects they were working on and it’s incredible what the company is doing ! They always take into consideration the time management of projects, and they definitely aren’t amateurs with 40 years of experience! Awesome job!

Workers are very unprofessional. After numerous attempts of asking them to stop BLASTING music obnoxiously,I finally reached out to LAPD and made a noise complaint. They have no respect for the residences and businesses surrounding their construction sites. Have seen them drinking bud light on the job number of times and talking about very disturbing things,such as underage kids while working. Disgusting and will be reported to OSHA.

Some guy in a white truck almost ran me off the road. Horrible driver… I was on the 14 heading to Palmdale coming from Los Angeles. He kept switching lanes and when I saw the side of his truck it had a company logo. Awesome! Hope he gets the msg to be cautious of other lives on the road - at least while in a company vehicle.

Trying to find decent apartments in LA is insane. After finding the location on Oakwood Ave, I am beyond impressed & in love with the quality of work. The courtyard is gorgeous and the space is to die for. I hope this business keeps putting up amazing infrastructure like this!
