I called this morning to schedule estimate and possible work. Receptionist very unfriendly , speaking in a low tone, when I asked if she could speak louder she hung up the phone! I made several attempts to call back , no reply! It seems she deliberately hung up the phone. I tried to post in YELP but this business does not exist it seems.

We needed 2 bedroom rugs cleaned and were unable to move the beds, so agreed to having less than half of each rug cleaned. The quoted starting price was $89. Javier and his crew showed up on time and were pleasant and professional, but charged $500 for a job that took them less than 30 minutes to complete. The rugs appear to be clean (not dry yet) but neither he nor the office could justify the cost, which I found to be exorbitant. I understand that we could have declined the service once told the cost. Future customers should know that the come-on price of $89 is just that, a classic bait and switch.
