We had a fantastic experience with this home services company after our furnace suddenly stopped working during a severe cold spell. We called them right away and were relieved when someone showed up the next day. The technician was extremely professional and quickly figured out the issue - a damaged Freon line. Since we couldn't fix it ourselves, they gave us some options that fit within our budget and met our needs. A couple of days later, another team arrived to install our new furnace.
