I absolutely would have hired them, and only didn't because in walking me through everything Dave reasoned that I probably just have a few mosquitos. How refreshing - when someone doesn't take advantage of you, and actually helps you. Dave listened to my situation, clearly knew his stuff, and spent 15 minutes on the phone patiently explaining the tell tale signs of this kind of bites vs. that kind of bite. I hope I never have to hire pest control, but if I do, he's my guy.

We used a very well-known pest control service the past two years and in spite of several opportunities given to them to improve their service, we were continually disappointed. I checked for a local service provider in our area, saw the great reviews for La Canada Pest Control on YELP and called them. My only regret is that I didn't know about them two years ago!! They are professional, notify us prior to the appointment, text me when they arrive, do an excellent job of taking care of all pests, and provide an electronic bill which we can easily pay online as soon as the service is complete.

I have used the services of La Canada Pest control twice in the last 3 years and I have found them to be extremely responsive very efficient punctual and their services have remedied the problems right away. Very very highly recommended. Staff is also very polite.

I was very pleased with the work done. The Professional in charge (Victor) was very knowledgeable and patience, accommodating my questions and wanting to see conditions being treated (termites). He paid attention to details and accommodated any changed in conditions where encountered. We intend to continue to use the company if problems with “pests” occur on our property in the future.

After hearing some unsettling activity up in the attic crawl space, we began to search for a company to come investigate and take care of the problem. Four businesses came out to investigate, find the cause and give us a quote on what it would take to rid our house of RATS that had infiltrated both above and below (thankfully not inside the living space). We ended up going with David and Josh from LA Canada Pest and we are so glad we did. Josh did the most thorough inspection, explaining his findings and what he checked on. A plan was established over the phone with David for sealing services followed by trap setting and checking so they could be sure no one was sealed inside. Again, Josh came out each time with a smile and did a thorough job. The next step was to clear out all old insulation, sanitize the space and install fresh, new insulation. This was quite an undertaking. David is the owner of the business and we can't say enough about his professionalism, friendliness, work ethic, honesty, and the quality of the people who work with him. The crew consisted of David, Josh, Sam and Miles. All friendly guys who work hard but clearly enjoy each other and take pride in their work. These guys spent three solid days in sweltering heat going up to and down from the stuffy attic but managed to remain very pleasant to have around. La Canada Pest had the best price point as well. At no point did we feel pressured to have extra stuff done and they even confirmed the condition of the air ducts that another company said (without having gone into the attic) needed to be replaced and quoted a large add on amount to do so. Thank you David and crew. Its so nice to have silence up above once again. Highly recommend these guys.

Definitley a 5 star experience! They work fast and efficiently, and always do what they say they will. You know the price up front, and there are no surprises!

I installed the two care mosquito treatment this summer and it’s been working great. They’ve been very responsive. Also I had the yard sprayed at the beginning of the summer and the crickets have been much much better.

I have used this company for different kinds of pests, rodent and insects. I am a very happy customer and I love the service from Montana. He always explains things thoroughly and understandably, and he is a great listener as well.

Chris, our inspector and advisor, provided exceptionally knowledgeable and thoughtful advice. I gained a much deeper understanding of how complex termite mitigation and eradication can be, with factors like drywood, subterranean, and flying termites to consider. He carefully explained the various treatment options, including those suited for different wood types, as well as the pros and cons of less conventional methods. While the costs may not be the lowest and they had to outsource the tenting for us, the advice they bring and the warranty make it well worth it. What stood out most was the honesty—everything was explained thoroughly without any pressure to upsell.

La Cañada Pest was so easy to work with! I requested via Yelp and they got into contact with me to call them to make an appointment. David was able to come the following week to help me out with my ant extermination. Prior to his arrival, I got a text saying he was 5 minutes away, which was good as it gave me time to get ready to head out. He showed up on time, and we walked around the house, while I told him of the numerous ant invasions we had had during this past summer. He explained where he'd be doing the treatments and was done within 35-40 minutes. I also got a text when he was all done with the job so I knew that was my cue to head back. As for payment, he said we could either have my card on file and he'd charge it to that or I could come back when he's done to process the payment (I paid with credit card via his mobile). He was friendly, informative, and quick, which I really appreciated. He told me that I would be able to return back home safely with my dogs in about 2 hours and that was that!

So far, it's been less than a week since I've seen any ants in the house -- hoping that'll be the case for a long while. But I'll definitely be calling him up again next year prior to summer before the ants decide to try to invade my house again.

Alex was very communicative with both myself and our tenant. He was respectful of our time and completed the exclusion and trapping work efficiently despite rain delays. I highly recommend Alex and LC Pest Control.

Based on the picture I sent Rosa, she quoted me on treating a wasp nest. Chris arrived and noticed it was a hornet nest, which would have cost about $100 more. But they honored the quoted price.
Christ returned a week later to ensure that no hornet returned and to improve the color of the seal he had applied. The service is excellent.

The lady on the phone made it easy to schedule an appointment and David arrived on time to help me deal with my ant problem. They were both friendly and professional and David answered any questions I had and gave me great advice. If I have any other pest issues in the future, I could count on these guys to do a great job for a good price. Highly recommended.

Excellent inspector David was friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough for dry wood and subterranean inspection. Fumigation subcontractor was difficult to communicate with but did a good job.

On time, kept me updated on arrival and progress during the procedure. I had a huge "yellow jacket" nest in my front lawn area where they burrowed in & occupied a former gopher hole. This was over a week ago. No signs of any activity at all!

These guys provide the best pest control service in Los Angeles. They stand behind their word and are very thorough in getting rid of all types of pests around your house. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
