My yard has a mound rock garden that has become overgrown with high-maintenance flowers and a woody ground cover.The original plan ten years ago was a low water succulent garden. I.called Creative Concepts based on their excellent reviews from Google and Yelp, and talked to Daniel, Operations Manager, who arranged for Michael to visit my home and give an appraisal on turning my rock garden mound back into a low water succulent garden. The results turned out beautiful due to Michael's expertise and enthusiasm for the job. Michael is a great source of knowledge. In addition, Creative Concepts installed high quality bender board around two large existing plants that really brought the yard together. They also re-staked two 14-foot ficus hedges that were leaning due to recent high winds.
I highly recommend Creative Concepts.

These guys are the greatest. I have a very unique lawn sprinkler system that had a few problems. These were attended to very ably by Creative Concepts employees. I was particularly impressed by their resolution of a plumbing problem related to the facilities connecting to the sprinkler system. They took ownership of the problem and brought in the needed expert on an expedited basis to get the job done. This saved me enormous time and effort.

Everyone was great about sticking to schedule commitments, responding very quickly to my problems, and offering a wealth of useful information about landscaping, lawn care, irrigation systems, etc. I'll definitely return to them as future needs arise.

As a home owner, there are many things to worry about… things breaking, maintenance, bills, etc. One of these is to maintain your landscaping. I for one am not skilled, nor do I truly have the time to make things look great. I’ve went through 3 different gardeners for my home, and would continue to run into issues (sprinkler head keeps getting damaged, inconsistent schedules, etc.). I came across Creative Concepts Landscape, as they are a local business to where I live.
I have now worked with Creative Concepts Landscape for a few months, and the experience has been nothing but great. Everyone is super knowledgable, flexible to my time, and just flat out great to work with. All communications have been professional and transparent. Contacted Company looking for arborist to evaluate our old established trees on our property. A very knowledgeable man named Michael came out & assessed the trees. It was a relief that he said the trees were healthy, when someone else had told us they needed to be cut down. Michael also told us the trees just needed a good pruning but to wait 6 months because it was the wrong season because the weather was too hot. I really appreciated his expertise & the fact that he suggested waiting as opposed to trying to get a sale, when it wasn't the right time. I would highly reccommend this company.

I finally found THE HOLY GRAIL of landscapers! After years of bad communication, price gouging and many blow offs, I finally found a company who really cares. Not only did they take the time to show me and teach me so much about what was actually possible in plants and design with my property, they gave me so many options and worked within my budget. That’s never once happened before, usually my landscapers barely know themselves what they are doing let alone to explain any of it to me. Creative concepts have been around a while now and I’m so lucky to have found good honest talent in the industry. Creative concepts handled some tricky landscaping for my elderly parents and the crew really put in the work. Communication with the office manager is clear and pleasant, even if scheduling takes a little back and forth. Overall, my family appreciates their attention to detail. What a blessing to have found this company! In attempts to redo my landscape to make it drought friendly, I met with quite a few companies. Between the ridiculous prices and poor attitudes I was becoming extremely defeated. Then I met Mike in a grocery store line.. what luck! From the design to implementation, working with Mike from Creative Concepts was such a pleasant and easy experience! My front yard looks incredible and it was well within my budget! They did my home. It is stunning! I have a secret garden with apple trees making an arch and a beautiful cutting garden. I have a fruit orchard and lovely hydrangeas. They repaired so many of my overgrown mishaps. I now have wisteria around an arch. Raised beds of herbs and vegetables in a drip system and protected from wildlife. Gorgeous window boxes and color in my shaded areas.

Avoid this place for dry cleaning - it's overpriced and subpar. I spent $15 on a single coat that barely got cleaned, and the result was disappointing. The smell issue was specifically mentioned to them, but when I picked up the coat a week later, it still had a strong odor. When inquired about this, the staff member seemed unconcerned and brushed it off, implying it wasn't their problem. This lack of follow-through is infuriating, leaving me wondering what they did during that week. The entire experience was a waste of time and money; don't bother giving them your business.

They do good alteration and dry cleaning work at a reasonable cost. The staff took care with my husband's suit adjustments, making sure it was fitted just right.
