The smell issue was specifically mentioned to them, but when I picked up the coat a week later, it still had a strong odor. When inquired about this, the staff member seemed unconcerned and brushed it off, implying it wasn't their problem. This lack of follow-through is infuriating, leaving me wondering what they did during that week. The entire experience was a waste of time and money; don't bother giving them your business.

They do good alteration and dry cleaning work at a reasonable cost. The staff took care with my husband's suit adjustments, making sure it was fitted just right.
