I was satisfied with the repair work done on my air conditioning system, but that's where the positives end. The real issue here is the lackluster cleanup job. After the technician left, debris covered my office table and floor, creating a mess that took some elbow grease to clean up.
To make matters worse, I wasn't provided with a detailed report of the services performed, which was part of the original quote of $150. The tech mentioned replacing caps on a copper pipe to prevent freon leaks, but despite double-checking, those caps are still missing.
The prolonged wait time between initial assessment and repair was frustrating, especially considering we were rescheduled twice - by the time it happened, summer had arrived with sweltering temperatures that made my house unbearable at night. I'm sure you can understand why my family wasn't comfortable.
Fortunately, the system is now up and running, but I'd appreciate a report outlining what services were completed to fulfill the original quote.
