Very professional and great company! We needed some work done with our septic system and we were so lucky to find Ben and Honest Plumbing! Ben was here within an hour, very understanding, made different suggestions and provided a very reasonable quote. The team of 5 was exactly on time with excavator, did all job very quickly and professionally (though they needed to dig 8-10 feet deep though our backyard to replace damaged pipes). They completed everything within 2 days, saved our grass and replanted it back, placed pavers back, cleaned up everything so it looked exactly as it was before! Amazing company, very recommending!

First time he did a great repair job on my Water Heater and saved me several hundred dollars. Other plumbers wanted to install a new one and he said I can use mine few more years. Guess which plumber I hired?
Another time he did a massive repair job on my rental property 35 miles away when an underground water main broke. He was there early in the morning and fixed it personally. Over time he has saved me thou$ands.

My water heater still works six years later. I would have replaced a perfectly good water heater 6 years ago.

I got connected to Frank from a friend who highly recommended him. I'm thankful because the entire experience may be the best I've had for any home improvement/maintenance/repair service. Frank was responsive and communicative from start to finish. He was patient in helping us understand the problem and the steps that he would take to remedy our situation. I didn't know the size of the regulator that needed to be replaced and he came out early in the morning to check for himself, went to purchase the part, and then came back. I felt like he cared about making sure that we were satisfied before he considered the job complete. It was a truly positive experience for what has been part of a stressful problem for us.

We needed a plumber to come assist us with the broken sewer line. After a camera inspection was done we realize that they were tree roots in our sewer line. Our old clay pipes had a tree intrusion and we needed to get the pipes replaced in order to get our water flowing again. The technicians came out and the plumbers told us that we needed to replace our clay pipes with new ABS piping. Two technicians came out took them about a day but now our sewer line is working great
