I went to their website where there were two phone numbers posted; one for English and one for Korean. I called the number for English. A person answered with a Korean greeting. I stated that I was calling to speak to to the English speaking person. He said he doesn't speak English and he hung up. Two strikes; bad info on their website and a rude representative.

Sam came on time. He was very accurate about his work. Helped with a new thermostat.
