We have used Brooker and his team for extensive work on our front and back yards. I cannot give them enough stars - they are reasonably priced, highly communicative, attentive to the homeowner, and their quality and professionalism are second to none. You can NOT go wrong with these folks.

I had been driving by this business for well over three decades and decided to give them a try for a needed fence replacement. Having knowledge of construction means, methods and materials I asked many questions regarding the various options. I was an integral part of the project (although is was only a fence, there can be many details involved to ensure the proper outcome). It's the finer details that matter to me and when project completion was near Brooker accommodated my final requests without question leading to a very successful project. More than pleased with the outcome as is my wife. So much so that we are considering moving ahead with Brooker replacing our hardscape (driveway, sidewalks, etc.) with interlocking pavers. Brooker and Associates helped me correct many mechanical issues with my pool… motors, pumps, valves, plumbing and main drains.
They are very honest, and communicated and partnered with me in order to make the right decisions for my pool repairs

Five Stars for Good Reasons.

We chose Brooker Associates for a major hardscape and landscape project. All new concrete driveway, front walkway, brick pillars, front door landing, artificial turf front and back, over 120 plants with drip irrigation system and low voltage landscape lighting. After looking at examples of their work and receiving a very creative project design from Taylor, we decided to go with Brooker and not bother to get multiple quotes which goes against my way of getting work done. No regrets; we are extremely pleased not only with the end result but also the respect for our property demonstrated by every worker we met. Project manager Ramon was present quite often and communicated our status very well, which was challenging in light of so much raw materials shortage much of the construction industry is facing. Ramon, Octavio, Leo, Carlos, Francisco, Randy, Eric and Taylor gave us 110% effort.

Bill Brooker runs a great company, he makes sure there are no cut corners and the team works very well with their clients to realize their hardscape and landscape vision. Many on Brooker's team have been with the company for twenty years or longer, they work very well together and they're really good at what they do - no "on the job training" here!

According to Brooker, they only accept projects within a twelve mile radius from their offices / materials yard so time is not wasted in transit, and extra machinery and materials are available as needed within the hour. Every job has different challenges, and I think this made a positive difference for us.

The attached photos do not give the craftsmanship justice; the work and materials are simply beautiful. The plants have grown in quite nicely and are now thriving.

Don't compromise on something this important. You should either expect to pay a premium for premium work...or you will pay similarly to have the work done over again and/or to fix damage to your property. If any of this is meaningful at all to you, put Brooker Associates at the top of your list.

My family and I found ourselves working with a company that delayed over 10 months and came back with an estimate more than twice what we requested for our extensive backyard remodel. We were frustrated and weren't confident moving forward with them. Thankfully, my mother drove by Brooker & Associates one day and decided there was no harm in stopping by to chat with someone.

We are thankful she did as we also could not have been any happier with the end result. Our experience with the project designer Taylor was wonderful as she listened to every piece of input or concern we had to deliver what we wanted, while also providing her own insight and expertise. Project manager Ramon was present at each step in the process and quick to explain or adjust anything we needed. The work crew, like Francisco, was also top-notch. Hardworking, experienced, trustworthy, and great craftsman.

Bill, the owner, has set a high bar in making sure clients are satisfied and the process moves as smoothly as possible. He limits his company from accepting any job outside of a 12 miles radius so they can make sure they offer the type of attention that is needed. It also allows them to address issues and deliver materials and machinery more quickly. It also allowed us to visit other nearby projects to see certain materials up close we were considering.

Seeing the owner of the company frequently stop by at day's end to not only check on the progress but to connect with us about how we thought things were going and to help with decisions we were having trouble with, is not typically seen. From the color of pool tiles, explaining the permit process step by step, to helping us decide where to cut costs when needed, there was patience and involvement that I don't think we would have found elsewhere.

We would without a doubt recommend Brooker & Associates to anyone considering a backyard remodel, especially if the project already feels overwhelming before it's started... or you are wanting to find a company that works with you to stay within your budget while still delivering a stunning result.
