Our microwave started sparking inside and totally freaked us out. We unplugged it and called right away. The technician showed up next morning, found a burnt waveguide cover, and replaced it. He also checked for internal damage just to be safe. What I loved was how calm and reassuring he was. Didn’t try to push a new unit or make it dramatic. Just honest, solid service.

Our AC unit would buzz but not start. The technician arrived within hours, diagnosed a failed capacitor and an ant infestation in the contactor. He cleaned the unit, replaced parts, and got it up and running again. Very friendly and no surprise costs. Would definitely call again.

Our dryer stopped producing heat, and laundry was starting to pile up. The technician ran a few tests, found a burned-out heating element, and had the exact replacement in the van. He swapped it out and cleaned out our vent line too. We were back in business in no time!
