Just wrapped a job with Eloy and his team. Exceptional is an understatement. We had a complex job and they worked with me to achieve the specific goal, going above and beyond. Could not be happier or recommend them high enough!

And a follow up for more work done in late 2025, Eloy and his team helped remove several old pines, creating a hazard and some difficult challenges to get equipment to remove the stumps. He ended up renting something he did not own and made sure it was done right, himself. A super great guy and overdelivers.

We decided last minute to have some Canary Island Pines trimmed ahead of tropical storm Hilary. Eloy and his crew were very responsive and squeezed us in with only a matter of hours notice. They were professional, polite and did an excellent job. Eloy is very knowledgeable and provided awesome advice on what do with the trees. We really appreciated his passion for his work and his care and concern for our trees. I highly recommend their service.

Eloy gave us a very competitive bid, the tree was HUGE and in a difficult location, near power lines and over 2 houses. He and his team took it out and cleaned up perfectly. Even replacing a couple of roof tiles that had been cracked. Great professional work!!

Have a dozen Yew trees that were planted close together years ago and overdue for "something". Eloy made the right suggestions that made the "boss" happy. Just the right amount of crowning/trimming/shaping and nothing radical. Left them a nice height and informed me what to expect now as they will bush out. Eloy answered all questions, was responsive to phone calls, nice job and very good price. I will recommend him to our HOA.

Tree Loyalty did an excellent job at a very competitive price point. They trimmed my two palm trees, cut down three large bird of paradise trunks, and hauled it all away in under one hour. I’m pleased with the outcome/quality of work. I recommend Tree Loyalty and I intend on using them again.

Eloy is fantastic to work with! He truly puts the client first. I hired Tree Loyalty LLC to see if my trees were infected by disease or bugs because some of the pine needles were dying. Eloy is very knowledgeable and within a few minutes of looking at my trees he saw they weren't getting enough sunlight and just needed some trimming. Eloy and his team were amazing!!! He came out for a consultation and was professional and honest. He was able to get me in that week! They showed up on time and did an amazing job on my date palm. I am very picky who I go with as this tree is a statement tree for our house. We have lived here for 16 years and this beautiful palm holds so many memories for my family. He used a new blade and chain. They were efficient and cleaned up the work space. I couldn't be happier!

Called Eloy to help bring my tree back to life. He gave me great advice and performed proper tree trimming on my Mulberry. Make sure you use a certified arborist when dealing with your trees my old gardener did not know what he was doing when it came to tree care.

Eloy went over the game plan and expectations prior to beginning work. Then he trimmed / laced my olive tree and pruned my palo verde. Both looked really good when he finished. He cleaned up and hauled everything away. I will definitely use him again.
