Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent. We contracted to have all our windows cleaned inside and outside, screens too and our sidewalk entrance pressure washed. David not only did an excellent job but he was courteous, pleasant, and efficient! Thank you David and Chris.

David cleaned my exterior windows and cleaned out a portion of my rain gutter earlier this year. He did a great job and the price was reasonable. He also washed the screens. I called Coastal Clarity today about hanging my Christmas lights. David stopped by in between jobs and hung my lights just as I requested. Do not hesitate to use Coastal Clarity for cleaning of screens and inside/outside of windows. My home in Pacific Beach (Pacifica) includes 16 windows (some at height of 20+ ft) and 3 sliders. They look beautiful and screens and window tracks are clean. When I requested it, I received their proof of insurance within minutes. Chris from Coastal Clarity did an excellent job power washing our concrete patio. We had years of dirt buildup, stains, and moss where our rain gutters drain, and he cleaned it all thoroughly.
He used professional equipment, moved all the furniture, and paid attention to every detail. He was on time, clear about the work, and delivered exactly what he promised.
