This seems to be a good product and am looking forward to seeing the positive results. We had some installation issues that complicated it for a time, but the team stuck with it and got it done.

Product was delivered on time and worksite was left clean. The only confusion was that we were told to make accomodations for a pallet jack. The delivery person had a very large forklift. Big difference.

I don't usually do reviews but this time I must. The installers and people on the phone are really nice and seem to get the work done but everything seems to be delay delay delay. From getting the batteries up and installed but then waiting a call months fir the special wires to connect them to more delays. Now I've been waiting for my PTO forever as the batteries may be bigger then what Edison wants for my system. Anx Edison says don't turn them on until they give the PTO, but Apollo has been telling me that the are turned on for a few months and I'm using 5 to 10 times more kwhs then I usually do evidently charging the batteries every day. I keep calling Apollo about this as Edison says that it is illegal for the installer to have turned them on prior to the PTO and it starting to cost me alot after having drained my solar credits. When will Apollo or Edison do something about this!? I cant get any results with my phone calls to either of them. FRUSTRATED!

They started on time and finished on time the quality of their work was very professional I was happy at the end of the day and battery was working good thanks Apollo.

All is good System is quite no noise just waiting for the go signal for monitoring the system, it took quite awhile for the installation but it was well worth it, Thanks Apollo

Apollo did an excellent job, keeping me informed every step of the process and did a great job with clean up, painting and matching everything.

After 30 days with the system, I am not seeing any deduction in my electric bill. As a matter of fact my next months bill seems to be approximately $50 more than last months bill and we are not in summer time where I use A/C. Also my original notice to apply for system mentioned possibly six months free electricity. I can not find any information about this claim.

The crew that came to my house, very professional and at the same time very humble, friendly and polite, they explained everything at any moment of the installation, great job

My batteries were delivered on schedule and the installation crew arrived shortly after. This crew was great. They started working immediately, in 90+ degree weather, kept at it for hours before taking a lunch break in the late afternoon. They finished just before dark. This crew cleaned up the work area and stacked up the boxes for later pickup. Did have a bit of hiccup as the batteries did not appear to be working properly. Reached out to Mea, engineers were sent out, corrected the problem and the batteries are now functioning as they should. Overall, very pleased with Apollo Home Power and their employees.

Power turned off in our neighborhood and battery kicked in. We were the only one with power in our neighborhood.

The installers were courteous and diligent in finishing the job which was quite a lengthy venture. I was well pleased and appreciate the honesty about the whole process.

All except one breaker worked well in the recent outage. After you sent those 2 nice men, they relabeled and got all 6 breakers working correctly. Thanks so much.

Very professional and efficient from beginning to end. The installation team was fantastic and did a precision job installing one inverter and three batteries.

Workmen were great and project looks good . I don’t appreciate having these 3 big, heavy, wooden boxes which I have no idea how to get rid of!! Seems like they could have been reused?
