The owner Al was very thorough in explaining the process and basically gave us a full rundown of what he was doing and why. You could tell his products were top of the line because of how soft our carpet was after. I highly recommend this company. quality people and quality service at an amazing price.

Accidentally knocked a candle over on my carpet a few months back. When it came time to move out of my college rental in July, I found Dust To Shine on Instagram and set up a carpet cleaning for my bedroom. Al was very efficient, professional and friendly. I attached a before photo to show how bad the damage was- forgot to take an after photo. But trust me you would have no idea I spilled wax on the carpet- and he saved me a lot of money I would have lost out of my security deposit!!! Thank you Al!

We had an emergency situation that requires same day cleaning. Al was polite, on time, and did a fine job. The carpet shows not one trace of pet stains. Left a nice clean scent on the carpet as well! Would recommend unreservedly.

I had a great experience with Al at Dust to Shine Carpet Cleaning. He cleaned carpet in 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs in my condo. The unit is set back from parking and I was concerned that van-mounted equipment wouldn't reach. Al was nice enough to drive by before providing me a quote to ensure that he would be able to complete the job. He quoted me over the phone, and the price was very fair. I was able to make a cleaning appointment that fit my schedule.

He arrived on time and explained the process to me before and during the cleaning. He was very polite and I felt comfortable with him. I have a small dog, and Al made sure to ask about pet accidents to ensure the work he performed would be sufficient for my needs as a pet owner. He left me a pair of shoe covers so that I could inspect his work and use the rooms with damp carpet. He even put the nozzle back on my hose when he was finished with it (a small thing, but one that I noticed and appreciated). I will definitely use Al again for my carpet cleaning needs.

As with all service providers, please consider tipping Al well to help offset gas prices! He deserves it for his professionalism and attentiveness.

I met the owner of Dust to Shine Carpet Cleaning by chance at a gas station, and I’m so glad I did! He had me text over some pictures of my carpet, gave me a quote right over the phone, and the price was more than fair—especially for the amount of work that needed to be done.

My carpet had a few stubborn pet stains I didn’t think would ever come out. When they were done, it looked brand new! The stains were gone, the whole house smelled fresh, and the results far exceeded my expectations.

Al cleaned my carpets and waxed my floor when I moved into my new house. The previous owner had pets so he also did a pet treatment on the carpet. Upon special request he also coordinated to have my walls washed because I have allergies to pets. Al has great customer service, was very friendly, and overall was great to work with.
