Flor S provided a deep clean of my home prior to an open house. Her efficiency and attention to detail were incredible. She was also very friendly and did her best to clean around me while I worked from home. Saved me hours and the frustration of trying to clean on my own! So worth it!

Adyleni and Carla were on time, communicative, friendly and efficient. They worked hard and got the job done. The only curveball I encountered was my original arrangement was for one cleaner to come for three hours. I felt a bit ambushed when two cleaners came and told me they would be there for one and 1/2 hours. I know that makes sense in a time/work equation and in the end it worked out fine. It could be that they don’t want to send a woman to an unknown new customer who is male I completely understand and sympathize with that. Again that is total speculation by me. I paid $195. It seems expensive to me, but I have very little experience, hiring professional cleaners I won’t be able to afford that on a regular basis, but should the situation arise I would certainly use them again.

Mostly good experience. All of the communication is done through the manager (which I understand), but she's not super organized, and it's caused issues for both me and the cleaners. That said, I got the standard cleaning in my 1 bedroom apartment with Mariela, and she did a great job. Everything was spotless. Will def be scheduling with her again!

Diana and her assistant did a great job. They missed a few spots the first time, but promptly returned the next day and made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. They arrived on time both days and went through the entire checklist. Big thumbs up as well to customer service (I believe her name is Roo) — very quick to respond and great communication throughout

Jackie’s team did a fantastic job—where do I even begin?

First of all, when I called, I was lucky enough to speak with Aisha, and let me tell you, she’s an absolute gem! She picked up right away, had the nicest tone ever, and was so thoughtful and accommodating. Honestly, if I had a company, I’d be trying to steal her—she’s a keeper! I truly enjoyed every conversation with her.

And speaking of lovely humans—Jennifer, who spoke with me a few days earlier, was also so sweet and helpful. I joked that I might fall in love with her just from chatting—kidding… mostly 😄.

Seriously though, Aisha and Jennifer are the kind of people who make customers like me want to book with your company. Please keep them forever. Lock the doors if you have to!

Now for the stars of the show—Jackie’s cleaning team! I didn’t get to see everything myself since the cleaning was for my tenants, but my tenants were happy enough to tip them, so I’m calling that a win! From what I can tell, they worked hard and did an awesome job.

Our cleaners did such a great job! They were efficient, kind, and thorough! Sonia C. and team found all the little nooks that needed extra attention. My home smells clean and looks clean! I started using One touch cleaners for 4 months now and honestly i haven’t been disappointed, the first time we have to schedule a deep cleaning (for being the first time) and after that 1 regular cleaning every 4 weeks, the price is right and the service to schedule the cleaning services is always easy. I requested if Flor could change my bed sheets for my bed and Aisha responded “absolutely” ! I love the fact they send the same person to clean my apartment, definitely helps to trust and respect them. Big shout out to Flor the she has been on point on keeping my house clean and helping me to not go insane for not having time to do it myself!!! lol 😝

One Touch was amazing. We got a great quote and were able to book a service with less than 24 hour notice. Our shop looks amazing and we will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

I hired this company for cleaning and carpet services and I was very disappointed with the outcome. For the price I paid I feel like I should’ve received a refund for their mediocre services. They missed the baseboards, windows, blinds, cupboards, crevices in the stove, and handrails. I had to go back through and do it myself. The carpet cleaner tried removing a stain in one of the bedrooms and was unsuccessful and told me it was impossible. He also did my stairs and other bedrooms but the carpet did not look much different after the cleaning. I hired another company and they were able to get rid of the stain and did a really good job on the stairs and other rooms. I contacted OneTouch and they offered to come back but I had already moved from the state. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!

Marelia cleaned my house today, this is the first time with her, and she did a wonderful job. She was sweet and thoughtful and detail oriented. I love coming home to spotless floors 🥰

Providing last-minute information regarding the gas fee is unacceptable. I do not mind paying the fee however, notifying me on the day of the service, with the alternative being cancellation, reflects poor business practices. Additionally, several areas were missed during cleaning. The bathroom and shower were not cleaned properly, and the areas under the beds were not swept.

Flor’s team did an amazing job. This was their first time cleaning my home. We did a walk through, clarified what was covered in the standard cleaning and they got started. My home is sparkling clean. Flor’s team was quick, easy to work with and had great communication!

I paid for the deep clean service. Overall, very professional and nice staff. Pleasant to work with. I would say don’t waste your money on the deep clean however. Spending over $300 on a deep clean of a one bedroom apartment seemed worth it if every corner was “deep” cleaned. I have pretty high standards of cleanliness though so filter review with knowing that. Be specific as to what you want done. Floors still had cat litter along the carpet, top of fridge had not been wiped down, windows hadn’t been windexed, light fixtures still covered in dust, as was the bathroom vent, cabinets faces not wiped down, and the floor looks like it was just quickly swiffered instead of a real good mop. They asked when they arrived what areas to focus on and I’m wishing I had made a list. They were very kind and communicative. I would recommend to just pay for the basic cleaning for upkeep. I told company right away and they offered to have someone come back and fix everything but If you can’t do it right the first time…. Very nice and pleasant people to work with, just be specific as to what you want done. Beside all the negative they were very great I would just say overpriced.

100/10. She was very detail oriented and efficient, I have zero complaints. This is the best cleaning service in San Diego hands down. I’m now for sure a permanent customer!

Ok seriously, I walked in my home and said WOW! Every possible corner of my house was clean! I highly recommend using WOW Clean! This was my first time and will not be my last!!
