Excellent service, extremely friendly and personable. I was able to get quick, same day service at a very decent price. I was there for a little bit while he worked, and he even provided me with little slips over my shoes to be able to walk around and check his work, which he encouraged. Provided guards for corners and railings so they did not get damaged by the vacuum hoses. Provided an invoice as well with multiple forms of payment accepted.

Mr. Al did a great job he was very efficient and professional cleaning my large carpet I have in the living room. Took all the stains out and more. Highly recommend his cleaning service. He works around your schedule and makes time whenever you need him. 10 stars I give to his company!

I can't praise Dust To Shine Carpet Cleaning enough. They did a big job for us with outstanding results. Our carpets are old, and were extremely dirty with a foul smell. After the cleaning, I was so impressed with how much the carpets were cleaned and they went out of their way to add more and remove a lot of the foul smell. They are friendly, reliable and know what they are doing. I absolutely recommend this company!

I called Dust to Shine Carpet Cleaning and the owner Al was quick to respond. I had him come out for carpet cleaning in 3 rooms with pet stains, 6 dining room chairs that needed upholstery cleaning, and a couch that needed cleaning. He even included another small couch at no charge. Al was early for the appointment and quickly got to work. He was very professional and personable. He explained the whole process before starting. I could tell Al really cares about doing a great job for his customers. He left my carpets, chairs and couch looking like new. I definitely recommend Dust to Shine Carpet Cleaning and would use them again.

Al and his company Dust to Shine, are very professional. We had some stains from our puppy on the carpets, and the area rugs needed a general “pick me up.” Al came in with his team and were very respectful of our home, they took care of business quickly and efficiently. Our living room looks and smells much cleaner! Also, the owner, Al is a great individual, I’ve known him for a while, and we decided to hire him for the cleaning job and he did not disappoint!

Accidentally knocked a candle over on my carpet a few months back. When it came time to move out of my college rental in July, I found Dust To Shine on Instagram and set up a carpet cleaning for my bedroom. Al was very efficient, professional and friendly. I attached a before photo to show how bad the damage was- forgot to take an after photo. We had an emergency situation that requires same day cleaning. Al was polite, on time, and did a fine job. The carpet shows not one trace of pet stains. Left a nice clean scent on the carpet as well! Would recommend unreservedly.

I had a great experience with Al at Dust to Shine Carpet Cleaning. He cleaned carpet in 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs in my condo. The unit is set back from parking and I was concerned that van-mounted equipment wouldn't reach. Al was nice enough to drive by before providing me a quote to ensure that he would be able to complete the job. He quoted me over the phone, and the price was very fair. I was able to make a cleaning appointment that fit my schedule.

He arrived on time and explained the process to me before and during the cleaning. He was very polite and I felt comfortable with him. I have a small dog, and Al made sure to ask about pet accidents to ensure the work he performed would be sufficient for my needs as a pet owner. He left me a pair of shoe covers so that I could inspect his work and use the rooms with damp carpet. He even put the nozzle back on my hose when he was finished with it (a small thing, but one that I noticed and appreciated). I will definitely use Al again for my carpet cleaning needs.

As with all service providers, please consider tipping Al well to help offset gas prices! He deserves it for his professionalism and attentiveness.
