Kris Zimmer is a professional and a perfectionist. He installed a new furnace and then swap that for another new one with lower capacity since the unit was located inside a closet in the middle of the house to lower fan noise and vibration. He had also installed AC units for me in other residences. Kris is a model of ethics and competence to get my unqualified recommendation.

The company estimator arrived at exactly the agreed upon time. He gave two quotes to choose from. The installation crew arrived on time and performed the job professionally.

Aairco saved the day! Our A/C failed yesterday at 4:30pm. It was 99 degrees out and we have my 95 year old mother living in our home. I called 2 other companies first. One could not make it until Tuesday and the other wanted $226 for just a diagnosis because it was going to be after hours. I talked to Chris at Aairco and he was able to juggle the schedule around and had a man out to us within an hour. It turned out to be a minor electrical issue and the entire bill was just over $100.00. He even took the time to clean our filter and wash off the outdoor unit. I would give Aairco 10 stars if I could.

Aairco is five plus stars in my book! I had an emergency when the air conditioner went out with a two week old baby in the house on a super hot day. Aairco responded quickly, resolving the problem within a few hours and at a very reasonable price. The folks are super conscientious, courteous and professional.

Christian was very professional and explained everything. He was persistent and, like Sherlock Holmes, discovered and solved an elusive problem with my central system.

Very professional, fast and affordable. They installed a whole new HVAC system and finished everything within timeframe and cleaned everything after completing the work. AC works great and I am very happy with their service.

Don't recommend. Call taker is nice and friendly as was repairman Issac...but company wanted to overcharge me for gas valve replacement. Their labor cost was an insult to me. Ended up going with another HVAC company and had my valve replaced for half the cost. Also, I had asked for the manager to call me, and they never called me. Poor customer service.

Carlos was outstanding. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed a leaky hole in drain line that was causing water intrusion. The plumber that came out yesterday didn’t even think to check it out. Thanks Carlos, you were professional and very knowledgeable!

Called Aairco for diagnosis of a mini-split. Guy Jeff shows up gets on roof and takes picture.
I told Jeff unit had a error code #1 which from Google means circuit board is likely dead. I guess Jeff took my diagnosis to heart, because he never checked unit, never stepped foot in the house.

Jeff never opened unit, never turned on unit yet charges me 88 dollars to diagnose unit.

Day later they call up telling me they cant find part for unit because its from.mexico and it will be 2200 for a new unit.

So I wait a week for answer to finding part because Jeff is still looking.

I call a couple weeks later and lady that answers phone is talking over me while I'm asking what did they diagnose????

She calls supervisor after I tell her I'm calling BBB and says yep, supervisor agrees that 88 dollars was for Jeff ro diagnose (take picture of model number)

We leave off with her saying she will talk to Jeff about what he did or didn't and get back to me. I gave it a couple days, so here is my review.

This company basically stated because it was getting warmer and they were getting busy they had no time to diagnose anything..... they just want the easy money installations!.... I understand that, but don't charge for a diagnosis when you were to lazy to diagnose anything.

Never heard from supervisor.

In my opinion it would be best to not call this company for any diagnosis.

I reported to BBB and owner was defiantly stubborn....80 was a cheap lesson, not worth a court filing fee

Aairco came out & evaluated problem said they could fix for $2000. finished work & made it worse ! Then they came back & said problem was different & it would require 2 men 16 hours each for $3500. i stupidly agreed. 1st day 2 men come out without parts & spend 6 hours then leave to get parts. Next day no one shows up & i'm told they pulled one off job & they don't know what happened to other. The following work day one person shows up & finishes in 5 hours. They still insist on $3500 for 17 hours worked instead of 32 hours. company is incompetent & a rip off.

I had them come out to fix my central heater. They cleaned the heat sensor wire and charged me $114.00. It lasted one day. I called them back and they wanted another $65.00 to come out and look at it again, plus whatever parts. Keep looking if your heater needs servicing. Very disappointed with what I got from Aairco Air Conditioning and Heating, I felt like I had been taken advantage of. I’m 77 I probably looked like easy pickings to them and I apparently was.
