Second HVAC unit installed by this company. First one was in 1992, and was still working but on the way out. Excellent service, same as first time. Alberto and Miguel are great installers to work with. Give them a try, I believe you'll be glad you did. Update. Christian replaced the compressor motor and installed an air scrubber. All went well. Kory has been the technician who works on both my AC and heater, providing excellent service and advice. He phones to advise he is enroute, does his work efficiently and takes care to use shoe covers. Thanks so much Kory!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Jackson & Foster and the installation of my new HVAC system. Their bid was competitive and they didn’t try to upsell for things I didn’t need. On installation day, they were on professional and respectful. Miguel took time to fully explain what they did and how to use our new Nest thermostat. I highly recommend them!

Ricardo came first and inspected my neighbors bathroom and then came to my place and said there is a leak. Then he came with his equipments and try to fix the leak. Then he had to pick up the gasket from outside. He did not take too long. He was polite I asked him to check the tank was filling of and on. But he said tbere is no leek. But I hear that the tank is filling of and on today too. I am going to wait for few more days. Ricardo. Was very polite and professional.

We had Miguel Correa come to our house to evaluate the installation of a mini-split. He was punctual and professional to my wife, who was home with our baby, in discussing the work needed and the options we had for installing a mini-split.

He explained the potential costs and timeframes, considering we were in a bit of a hurry to get something installed. My wife did not feel like she was talked down to or our concerns ignored. All our questions were addressed.

Miguel responded to texts about any questions quickly and helpfully. If I ever work with Jackson and Foster again, he'd be the person I'd ask for.

The office and tech staff are superb - responsive, helpful, courteous, professional and extremely easy to work with. In my experience this firm is very unlike most service businesses today. In other words I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Their proficiency in dealing with an awkward and uncomfortable spot under the house while installing one of the furnaces was impressive. Josh and others put the third one in with ease.

Called when my heater went out. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and cheery and got me an appointment right away. The tech who came out- Kory- fixed the part that had stopped working quickly and efficiently. I actually had a billing issue but called the office and the Office Manager helped to resolve my issue. She was very kind and understanding and fixed the mistake. Very happy with this company. Highly recommend

My experience started with Cory inspecting my A/C unit. His inspection was the split unit was non functioning. I had a second part to the unit inside my bungalow was working fine. Cody checked with Lennox first to see if the unit could hook up with the outside one. I agreed to purchase a new unit for my place.
John Smith and his co-worker were on time and installed and check the working order of the new outside unit. All is well. Thank u for the service and follow through.

Very professional and knowledgeable.. honest as first heater was damaged and they went to get an undanaged unit. Quick install and cleaned up after themselves- never knew they were here

Very organized, prompt, professional and thorough. Excellent communications. They even reprogrammed our learning thermostat (nest) and confirmed it was operating with our Wifi router.

I called to relocate the condenser at my new house and Jackson & Foster had a technician named Miguel come out the very next day and give me an estimate. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. It was great customer service.

Our AC quit working in the beginning of September when it's still pretty hot out. J&F was able to fit me in within 24 hours!! The technician, Chris, was ahead of schedule and gave me a call to let me know he was at my house. He found our place easily (when a lot of other service industries cannot). Chris was very polite and helpful and after an inspection ended up replacing our wall thermostat. He walked me through the operations of it and I felt very confident in his work. He made sure that the air was cool before he left. Chris was a very nice and pleasant repair guy. I will definitely use Jackson &a Foster again!

I have used Jackson & Foster at both my business & residence for years! They have always done a good job. They have done everything from simple maintenance, to unexpected repair work, to massive commercial (on the roof) replacements for me. Their prices have always been fair and their service techs have always been knowledgeable and reliable.

As a small business owner - my heating & air conditioning are the last things I want to worry about - so I really appreciate that they are just a phone call away.

Jackson and Foster heating and air did an excellent job. From setting up the appointment I spoke with both Vanessa and Gina, to the technician Christian coming out and diagnosing our problem, (it turns out our system was old and had major rust so it needed replacement) he sat with us and went over our options for replacement, and we eventually found one that was directly in our price range and then he even got us scheduled for installation quickly. The install crew at J&F were also excellent and friend. I believe they’re names were miguel and josh. They we’re friendly and took into consideration the fact that my kids were on distant learning so they let us know when the noise was going to get a little loud. They also cleaned everything up nicely and our new system looks amazing.
