Their work is high quality, from the pipes replacement to covering the dry wall, they did an amazing job and I have no complaints. I highly recommend them for your repipe! Thank you!

Toby at Repipe max Inc is the real deal. His team is quick, professional, courteous and affordable. We were down abou 5 hours. The inside patch job's are undetectable. I recently had my house repiped, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The workers arrived on time and were professional throughout the entire project. The job was completed in just two days, and even after the first day, the water was already back on and working perfectly. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was great as well. Rude over the phone please avoid this company!

They came out 2 yrs ago and replaced my hot water heater. Prices are reasonable and they offer a payment plan if you need it.

After placing four phone calls and being promised an estimate the same day on each occasion, I have given up after waiting a week for Bestline to estimate the job. If you don't want the work, just say so.

After getting an employee out to our house, quoting us roughly $279 for a small part (that costs $10 for a replacement), the employee then came back the next day with the part and changed his quote to over $400. After politely telling him that we would not be needing his services due to the price, the employee angrily started packing up his things and storming out of the house. We thought that that was the end of it, until we noticed that in his huff, he turned off our water and, after hiring another plumber to come give us his opinion on it, apparently the angry plumber snipped our gas line to the water heater, causing this $120 problem to now turn into an actual $450 problem that is now forcing us to completely replace our water heater. After trying to call Bestline back, the man on the line claimed that the employee said he was cursed out and that we were extremely rude to him. This was a complete lie, but even if it were true, is that the appropriate action to take if a customer is being rude? No. Because now we will be forced to try and sue this company for something that was completely ridiculous. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Their prices are affordable. After 2 weeks and 4 estimates they where the cheapest. They repaired my watermain line from the water meter to the house for 750. It took them a little under 7hours to complete. They left the property the same way it was before they arrived. I am happy and the water line works well.

I received excellent service from this company. The technician arrived promptly and was polite, clean and cleared the clogged within a few minutes at a very reasonable price. I will continue to use their services for any of my plumbing needs.

My first experience was awesome, thought I finally had a good, knowledgable local plumber, but for the last month , I have been leaving messages without even a call back to refuse the service. Very unfortunate, after my first experience I was recommending Butin's to everyone I knew. Now I wouldn't recommend because lack of customer response.

I have had to call them out 3 times in the last 2 weeks all for different stuff and they have responded promptly. I would Recommend them to everyone who need plumbing work done. The plumbing in my house was done before we bought the house and it was done by a 5 year old it looks like. So it’s great to know I have a plumber that does fantastic work. Thanks you guys.

Honest and helpful. Will tell you what is cost effective and what is a waste of money. Installed a water softener and filter for the whole house......now we have less water spots and showers are amazing. It’s clearly about doing good work and keeping lifelong clients.

Tony is one of the nicest people you want to meet! He did all of the finished plumbing on my new construction ADU. He'll tell you honestly what is the way he would recommend doing something but he also gives options in case Plan A doesn't work. He's there when he says he's going to be there and he gets the job done on time. Highly recommend!

I own a tile shop and I deal with different trades all the time and know it’s not easy to find good reliable guys that you can trust. Horacio communicated what he would do and he did it. When he said he would be there, he was there. He even came out 2 extra times because the parts I bought were missing or defected. He also installed my sensowash duravit bidet which was a challenge but he figured it out. I highly recommend Horacio.

Horacio and his crew have always been prompt in responding and attending to my plumbing needs, professional in terms of explaining the details of every project, courteous in how they’ve carried themselves around around my family and always making sure to leave the areas they’ve worked in as clean as possible after completion, honest with the actual scope and costs of projects, and best of all have always stood behind their work. I also like the fact that I never have an uneasy feeling when dealing with Horacio because he’s proven himself to be a down to earth, honest, plumber.
