This company badly scratched my brand new stainless steel microwave in my brand new remodeled home. They tried to scrub off remnants of a sticker (because it was brand new) and left scratches from the sponge they used.

They admitted to removing the sticker but denied scratching it. They refused to give me any kind of compensation and said I need to have video proof of them doing it in order for them to refund me. I didn’t think I would need security cameras to not have my $400 brand new microwave ruined.

On top of that, the owner was very rude and said he doesn’t care if I leave a bad review because no one is going to read it anyway.

I like them and have been using for 5 months no issues so far highly recommend
