We had water damage from a recent storm and ServPro came highly recommended by our insurance adjuster. They were prompt and very accommodating with the work! We are very pleased with the service we received.

Israel was great with communication and checking on the property though out the remediation.

I used Servpro of LaPuente. My house was affected by fire from recent fire at Porter Rach Saddle Ridge Fire. I had my Mercury insurance use Servpro. The Serve pro has the best interest to keep my home back to same as it was previously. Servpro have professional staff and great owner managing the company. I will highly recommend the company. Great people you can work and trust which is very important during the disaster and difficult time I have experienced. My house is super clean and smoke free now. Highly recommended. I have bad asthma and very sensitive with any dust or smoke. I appreciate all the help especially Maria, owner and her staff. Thank you so much for making the transition easy and smooth. I have my home back in GREAT and clean condition. I will use the company again if necessary. Mercury did a great job using this company and provide best interest for the customers. Scott was amazing and did an amazing job restoring one of our bedrooms after a slab leak. He came in checked everything out, and told us exactly what he was going to do to fix everything. he put everything back just the way it was before the leak. Our home in Orange is back to normal thanks to scott and Servpro. thank you Scott

We highly recommend Scott and his team. They saved our house from major water damage and were very thorough and diligent in making sure any damage was addressed quickly. Scott and his team showed up everyday to check on the progress of how our walls and interior were drying and always took the time to explain what was going on. Everyone we dealt with were always very courteous, professional, and timely. I cannot thank Scott & his team enough, they are truly the best of the best!

This SERVPRO branch was recommended to me by a neighbor who said they have a reputation for doing a great job. He was right. The estimate process was straightforward and everything went smoothly communicating with our insurance company. On the day of our service, SERVPRO brought in an impressive crew of people to clean up our house and surroundings. We were a block away from the Eaton fire burn zone (3 structures in our neighborhood burned down) and we had tons of nasty urban wildfire ash in our attic and basement etc. It was awful-smelling. When this SERVPRO team was done, our house and environs were sparkling clean and smelled great. We were finally able to immediately move back in. The cleaning team was friendly and communication with the team's manager was great. As evidenced by my own remediation experience, Scott, Maria and their workers do an excellent job and I'd gladly pay it forward and recommend them to another neighbor (or anyone else!).
