Tristan at Blue Shore Poolcare is amazing when it comes to pool care and maintenace. After the wind storm in January, our pool looked like a mudpuddle. Tristan drained and power-washed our pool and got us back up and running. He is also great with the weekly maintenace as well as any additional services that we need. I can't say enough good things about Tristan and Blue Shore. I went searching for a new pool company because even though my pool was being cleaned every week it just looked...not good. Tristan quickly assessed the situation, made recommendations including multiple product possibilities, and efficiently replaced the filter. I called orca Swimming pools to schedule an appointment to service my broken Hayward pump. When I called we discussed possible issues including electrical. The cost of a new pump was going to be over 2K but over the phone we were able to source a back up breaker that had tripped on the exterior of the home. orca could have easily came out and charged me but instead offered great professional advice to solve what could have been a very expensive repair. I will call orca pools 100% of the time for any future pool needs.
