I won’t call them again. Definitely overcharge me for a simple 1 hour repair and $100 in parts. I can’t get them to send me a simple receipt/invoice. Now they won’t answer the phone. For what I paid they should have no problem sending me a receipt. Too bad I thought the tech ok.

AirCare Conditioning Repair has treated me with excellent customer service. My HVAC unit had been malfunctioning by failing to keep my home cool enough, but their technician was able to troubleshoot the problem within no time. Their repair service is efficient, their prices are reasonable, and there is no unnecessary replacement pressure. Everything has been running well since the repair. Definitely recommendable HVAC repair company.

Excellent portable AC services from beginning till end. My AC was working but not generating enough cool air. The technician checked the filter, ventilation, and cooling system. The AC is working very well now.

My wok in refrigeration unit was not performing properly I looked around and called some places and this location was the only one that was able to come see me the same day! They are very professional and the young lady that answers the phone Nancy is very professional and she seems like she knows a lot. The prices are not bad at all but even if they charged me more it would not have mattered to me because they came out on the same day and made sure everything was good to go with my walk and I greatly appreciate that the gentleman that came out was very professional and well mannered I thank you very much. I’m going to start by saying IMS used to be good. I was a customer for years, but since John sold the company the customer service and quality of work has gone down the drain. Overpriced and shoddy half measure fixes that end up needing more repairs. Such a shame that I used to be able to rely on IMS.

When my AC stopped cooling my house I had several companies come out to diagnose the issue.

Laithe came out the very next morning on a Sunday and took his time determining what was wrong.

His price was more than fair. He was able to get the coil we needed in just 1 day and was at my house to fix the AC.

He works really hard and barely stopped working to drink a glass of water I brought him. Very high quality work , he has our AC running ice cold now.

Laithe is super honest he won’t sugar coat it for you but will tell you with confidence what the problem is without charging you crazy fees for doing tests just to determine the problem.

I highly recommend his services as a real customer who used him.

The other reviewers don't know what they are talking about. This guy knows everything about air conditioning, and he showed up immediately (even though it was evening), worked in the dark, and fixed the problem. Awesome service from a terrific guy.

Rich is a wana be slick talking fraud. He spent more time talking than he was there... He is unprofessional, did not inspect/or even visually begin to assess my "leak" in which he decided i had after using 25 minutes of freon.... I am then charged $400 for 4lbs of freon which he claims was 10?????? And it all leaks in 12 hours????? I can say this, and thank god I record both visual and audio.... We will be taking him to court and stopping payment

Rick and his team installed an AC in my condo. They were responsive each time I called, and they did a great job. Thank you, Rick, from Angela in Pasadena!

My air conditioner was not cold. I asked them to repair it. I asked for a leave of absence and waited at home. They finally arrived. After two hours, I went to check it. People left early and didn't say anything. A few days later a bill for the inspection fee of $145 was sent. Called to ask and no reasonable explanation was given. I don't recommend getting them to fix it.
