I had water damage from a leaking dishwasher. The insurance company used Servpro for the initial water mitigation. Ted @ Servpro was the most professional and informative individual. He told me what to expect from the whole process with them and my insurance Co. I felt so comfortable with Ted that I decided to use Servpro for the whole job start to finish. Servepro did my asbestos abatement and my rebuild.

Mike @ Servpro spoke to my insurance adjustor about as many times as I did and kept me fully informed of each step of the process and answered my questions with honest and timely responses.

Robert @ Servpro handled the rebuild and my wife and I are so happy. He was able to accommodate some special requests we had and even worked with us completing his part while we were still waiting on the insurance check.

Everyone I had an interaction with at Servpro was very professional and I cannot express our satisfaction enough. I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide. They were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

We in fact did work with this company, trying to get a quote from them. They strung us along for quite some time, but eventually wouldn't deliver a quote. They came by our house at least 3 times to review the house and said they were working on the quote. They took so long to respond that eventually, once our claim was denied by the insurance claim I called again to check the status of the quote. At this point they said they would have to charge us several hundred dollars for the quote. That was odd, so we eventually just figured they only want to deal with home owners with approved claims. I'm ok with that, but why string us along and not be upfront about it? It was a massive waste of time to entertain them coming over to the house so many times, especially as we were working feverishly to resolve our crisis. The feedback they gave that they never worked with us is not quite forthright.

This Servpro was the utmost professional and responsive. The water line to my fridge burst, exposing my kitchen cabinets/wall to a large amount of water. This team showed up same day, within an hour of my call. They also brought out fans and dehumidifying equipment same day. They checked in frequently to be sure that the equipment was doing what it needed to for a good dry out. Things could have been worse, I'm sure. Couldn't have made it through without Mike and his team!

This is my second time using Servpro for work - first from water damage from an upstairs unit and now from a fire next door. Sherwood and his team did an amazing job on my condo. They were in my home within 24 hours after the fire and began work immediately. They communicate every step of the way with my insurance company and kept me informed of all progress on the job. Sherwood goes above and beyond every time!

I got referred to servepro and was introduced to Mike. Mike was quick to understand our leak from the exterior of the house that make its way into our living space. With his busy schedule, he was able to make an appointment to see the water damage. He arrived in a timely manner and was very professional. He gave us advice and options on our situation and absolutely did not try to sell his business.

Sherwood and his team were so wonderful and helpful when I had a recent hot water pipe break under my cement slab with resulting flood inside my house. They arrived at my house very quickly after receiving my initial phone call. Throughout the entire restoration process the team members arrived on time when scheduled, left my house clean each time they worked, were polite and courteous, and the quality of work was outstanding. The drywall repair, painting, flooring were all expertly done. Sherwood did all the communications with the insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them for any restoration services needed.

Awesome crew and service. We had a water leak that flooded most of our building on a Tuesday night. The crew arrived quickly after we called them, took care of the immediate clean up and brought in lots of equipment to dry the walls and flooring. Over the next few days they monitored the progress, discussed with me the areas of drywall that needed to be removed to avoid mold and speed the drying process, and removed the drywall. They had the building dry and the openings protected by Sunday so that we could reopen our business on Monday. The project managers communicated with me daily and helped us to set reasonable expectations with the staff and customers. I highly recommend them if you (unfortunately) have the need for their services.

Our house flooded while we were on travel. Our insurance agent said Mike and his team at serve pro were the best, so we decided to use them. Not only did they show up within the hour, but their work was flawless. They were like manic elves that showed up cleaned the place up the disappeared. Furthermore each time they had to return the team was highly communicative, clean and most important conscientious of being in somebody’s home.
