Constraction reviews in Lafayette, California

The team at US Accurate Remodeling is not only skilled but also friendly and approachable. It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish.

Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in everything they do. They truly care about their clients and want to make sure they're happy with the end result.

Recently worked with Pedro and Aaron on a built in bookcase / cabinet combination in our living area. I had a very specific vision for the project and working with Pedro was the perfect partnership. He was able to bring to live my vision very easily. He was patient with me as he answered question after question and even provided expert advice for the electronics to ensure we were not only meeting the storage needs but also making sure we were protecting the equipment.
I read all the reviews and can say that As It Should Be Cabinetry is exactly that - the best it can be. As others have said, they are not the cheapest but what you get for that price is expertise and the customer service and support you want with a project this important.
If you are looking for someone you can trust with a project, I highly recommend U.S Accurate Remodeling.

Fred and US Accurate team was responsive throughout the job, giving many updates and always answered the phone!
They performed two bathroom renovations for us. Their work was efficient, they kept a clean workspace each night, and finished ahead of schedule!
Highly recommended trustworthy business!

Thanks to Fred and his team at Accurate Construction for a great job! They expertly assessed my home issue, explained recommendations, and provided a quote within two days. My experience was positive, and I'll definitely consider their services again.

I couldn't have been happier with the work U.S ACCURATE SERVICES did on our addition. They worked really hard to make sure the addition was exactly to our specification. The most important thing for us was a private entrance from the outside and it came out perfect! The addition is to serve as a guest room. The full bathroom is defiantly a benefit to our guest- it's perfect for a short visit or long stay.
The team was there everyday and put in some very long hours. They were incredible and very polite and a real pleasure to work with.
We are SUPER happy with the work and will happily recommend them.

A big thanks to Fred and the U.S Accurate Construction team for their amazing work! They came through in a pinch, helping with a last-minute removal of a double vanity for my mold remediation. Fred got it done in about an hour, and Alan was super responsive. Great job!

have not chosen a contractor yet but Fred so far has been so good I feel inclined to share my experience. So far I just got an estimate and I am getting my last bid tomorrow. Fred was very nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate what I learned from him. he was also very receptive and polite to my dogs, which is very important to me. If I choose to move forward with them I will update my review once the work is completed, but they are definitely worth getting a quote from.

We had to upgrade our balconies and railings to comply with the new State codes (made after the tragic failure in Berkeley a few years ago. )
They responded quickly, and gave us a reasonable estimate.
We are very happy with the work that was done in the time line they gave us.
All the workers were pleasant, considerate, and took special care in clean up and off haul.
I will definitely use them again as soon as the need arises.
Carol T,

U.S ACCURATE Construction emerged as a beacon of reliability in my quest for a contractor to address the aftermath of a water leak affecting my garage and kitchen. Frustrated with prior searches, the allure of numerous five-star reviews led me to schedule an estimate with the U.S ACCURATE team. Seeking clarity on the intricacies of the renovation process, I was fortunate to connect with Fred. His openness to my myriad questions and his patient walkthrough of the renovation procedures stood out. Having experienced several setbacks in previous attempts to restore my home, Fred's demeanor was a breath of fresh air.

What set U.S ACCURATE apart was their commitment to transparency and communication. Providing a detailed project plan and an accessible portal featuring real-time photos of the ongoing work in my home, they ensured I was well-informed throughout the process. This level of accountability and openness resonated with me, especially after navigating through the challenges of previous home improvement endeavors.

The execution by the U.S ACCURATE team was nothing short of impressive. Timeliness, professionalism, and meticulous attention to protecting my living space and surrounding areas showcased their commitment to quality service. One of my primary concerns was the seamless integration of the work, as past experiences had left me skeptical. However, I can confidently say that the team surpassed my expectations, delivering a result that blended flawlessly with the existing structure.

As a satisfied client, I wholeheartedly recommend U.S ACCURATE Construction for any restoration or renovation needs. My family and I really appreciated the work that Fred and his team put into remodeling our house. We absolutely love the beauty they've added to our home. They were both real gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Our project included:
- Remodeled master bathroom
- Remodeled guest bathroom
- Added 3rd bathroom
- Completely reconfigured and moved our kitchen
- Knocked down 3 walls to open up dining room, kitchen and living room
- Remodeled fireplace
- Changed all electrical wiring in house
- Replaced outdoor gas pipe to BBQ

- I have also hired Fred for a second large project for additional remodel work as we reconfigured our living room space and added a 3rd bathroom/laundry room

Fred came up with a plan that accommodated my family situation. We have two young kids and had to live in the house during the entire time of the project. He came up with good solutions to limit the dust exposure. We had our kitchen sink and stove up to the very last minute. We always had at least one fully functioning bathroom. He made sure that he and the team cleaned up every single day before they left for the day.

We must have had several hundred questions (no exaggeration) from the initial proposal to the final walk through as even a few more afterwards. Fred and Alan were there to answer all of them. Giving us different design and budgeting options and having a recommendation of what they would do if it was their house. Their communication, experience and knowledge was incredibly useful. And both Fred and Alan were here doing the work alongside their crew. I felt like that says a lot about how they operate.

Bottom line is that we felt taken care of by people who cared about their craft and thought about the living experience from the homeowners perspective. Budget and schedule were really accurate and they were very fair with change orders since we introduced additional scope during the project like adding skylights and a sun tube. I will continue doing business with US Accurate in the future.

I am delighted with the transformation of my bathroom by U.S Accurate Construction! Their expertise and dedication to delivering quality work are truly commendable. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the process was seamless. The team exhibited a strong work ethic, ensuring the project was completed on time and within budget. I am incredibly satisfied with the results and would confidently recommend U.S Accurate Construction for any remodeling needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional contractor to remodel my kitchen, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. They not only transformed the space into a functional and aesthetically pleasing area but also seamlessly added an additional section that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the quality of materials used to the precision in craftsmanship. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and the team’s professionalism was evident in every aspect. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to enhance their home with a remodel.

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with the company who refinished my kitchen cabinets. They were prompt in providing an estimate and started the project on time. Not only were they incredibly tidy and cleaned up after themselves, but they also went above and beyond by giving me an estimate for a small painting project in my bathroom. They completed both projects efficiently and even sent me photos of the progress while I was away. I am thrilled with the final results, and I have to commend their workers for being courteous and friendly throughout the process. I cannot recommend them enough!

U.S. Accurate Construction did an incredible job retrofitting our home for earthquake safety. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the entire process clearly. The team worked efficiently, and now we have peace of mind knowing our house is well-prepared for seismic activity. Highly recommend their services!

We had a shower back-up a few weeks into the COVID-19 pandemic and called around for estimates which were in the $500-$750 range. Fred was able to come same-day and easily resolve the issue for less than 1/3 of the price of another company that looked at the issue, in addition to offering a month's warrentee for the fix.
Fernando was very professional and efficient. We will call them again for future drain work (but fingers crossed, not for awhile!).

We recently hired U.S Accurate to complete our foundation & framing work located in Walnut Creek. They passed all inspections without any failures. I highly recommend U.S Accurate construction to work with.

Fred's immediate response to my urgent electrical needs spoke volumes about his dedication. Fred rearranged his schedule, to meet me the very next day to thoroughly discuss the work required. Throughout our conversation, he maintained clear and straightforward communication, providing transparent and reasonable pricing estimate.

Fred and his team wasted no time, arriving promptly the following day to begin the project. Their work ethic was commendable, with a keen focus on efficiency without compromising quality. They meticulously cleaned up the work area with a high level of professionalism.

Though our project was relatively small compared to Fred's typical jobs, he ensured that we receive the optimal attention. Fred's team went above and beyond by addressing issues left unresolved by a previous electrician, all without pressuring or adding any unforeseen costs to the initially discussed pricing.

The overall experience with Fred and his team surpassed my expectations, not only in technical proficiency but also their commitment to customer satisfaction. They have earned my trust with their prompt responses, impeccable work ethic, fair pricing, and exceptional workmanship & I look forward to working with his team on my remodel in the near future! 👏

I was worried about the structural integrity of my older home, but U.S. Accurate Construction put my concerns to rest. They reinforced the foundation and installed proper bracing to prevent earthquake damage. Their team was skilled, respectful, and very thorough. I now have peace of mind knowing my home is secure.

U.S Accurate Construction helped me out in a pinch! I had mold remediation scheduled in my bathroom, which required the removal of a bulky double vanity. When my previously scheduled contractor fell through at the last minute, I scrambled to find another GC who could do the removal on short notice -- incredibly difficult, given that many are overwhelmed with work due to the pandemic!
They were able to squeeze me in with less than a week's notice, and Fred did the work in about an hour. Alan was very responsive over phone and email.

Thrilled with our kitchen remodel by U.S Accurate Remodeling! Vlad kept it within budget, and Fred and Dmitriy were amazing to work with.
