Constraction reviews in Lafayette, California

ARC water Damage was recommended to us by our plumber after we discovered a water leak from the roof, impacting two rooms. Nina and her crew were easy to work with and they came out to the North Bay.

They were able to do the work quickly and cleanly, left our house tidy and ready for repairs. Nina was very helpful explaining the process. Knock on wood we won't need their services again, but would definitely use them again if the need arises.

ARC was incredibly helpful during what was a very stressful situation. Their account manager Nina was empathetic and very responsive, making sure to spend time on the phone with me to explain areas that I had questions about. And overall the team was professional and did excellent, speedy work. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

My friend recommended ARC after I kept getting ghosted by other remediation companies. Nina was extraordinarily prompt, compassionate, and her team was also very flexible. She set the ball rolling on all the work I needed to get done immediately, and I finally was able to move forward attempting to remedy my situation. I am still in the midst of it all, but am grateful for Nina and her team, and the referrals they gave me for the additional work I needed to have completed.

ARC Water Damage did a great job drying out my home after a dishwasher leaked.
Kudos go out to Nina the office manager who took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer any questions I had. She worked closely with my Insurance company to ensure that all charges were accurate and ultimately reimbused. Thank you Nina.

Was very impressed with ARC Water Damage.
Nina and team were always super responsive (even after hours at times). Had very fair pricing worked with me to find the best solution.

I had a pipe connector under my house fail and it was draining water for a long time, (probably months) pooling water and waste. Everyone at ARC was super professional, they fully put down plastic to protect the inside of the house (wore protective gear). They removed black water, sewage and mold with a extractor and pumped it through one of the vents.
They cleaned up 6x8 sq foot of affected soil, removed the contaminated soil and debris. They bagged up and disposed of all debris and put down absorbent. Disinfected the soil with anti-microbial agent. Ran a HEPA scrubber.

They worked well with the plumbers. They put down plastic sheeting for the plumbers to get to the broken pipe. Most of all they coordinated well with the plumbers.

I was very impressed with ARC Water Damage and would recommend them to anyone, to cleanup the biggest issues, safely and with the highest quality, in what was pretty stressful situation for my family.

We’ve been working with ARC Water Damage on several projects, and it’s always a great experience. Their team is professional, reliable, and easy to collaborate with from start to finish.

I handle the abatement side, and Nina, who manages the water damage side, has been absolutely amazing to work with. She’s organized, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly.

It’s a true partnership every time we work together — I can’t recommend ARC Water Damage (and especially Nina) highly enough

I had an unexpected water leak that eventually turned into a mold issue. After researching many companies, I found that ARC provided the most reasonable quote. Nina, the owner, promptly provided me with a quote, and we were able to set up the service shortly after. The process was smooth and efficient!
The ARC crew was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the process. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and ensured I understood the timeline and scope of the work. Any and all questions I had were answered promptly and with great detail, which gave me peace of mind during a stressful situation.
Nina went above and beyond by assisting me with submitting all the necessary documents to my insurance company, making the entire experience seamless. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.
The quality of work provided by ARC exceeded my expectations in addressing the water damage and mold issue. I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and support during this time.
I would highly recommend ARC to anyone dealing with water damage or mold issues. Their exceptional service, reasonable pricing, and commitment to their customers make them stood out to me!

Great business

We’ve used Red White & Blue Construction for several projects now, and they never disappoint. From bathroom updates to general repairs, their quality of work is unmatched.

Josh and his crew remodeled our bathroom, and it looks amazing. They were thorough, professional, and left no detail overlooked. If you’re looking for top-notch remodelers in Lafayette, this is the team!

When I bought my fixer-upper, it screamed potential. That's where Josh and his team came in.We needed a full house remodel for our home in Orinda. Each room was tackled with precision, creativity, and sheer talent. They seamlessly merged the old charm with modern elegance. Every visitor is now greeted with a blend of nostalgia and contemporariness. The results? Breath-taking. The experience? Smooth sailing. Cheers to Red White & Blue Construction!

I needed a fireplace removed. RWB responded to my call, came at agreed upon time and got the job done. I wanted to add photos but can't find them at this time

We really enjoyed working with RWB’s team. We worked with them on a bedroom remodel, as they offered the most competitive price and were the most professional of other contractors we sought bids from. At every step of the way, Josh and his team were clear and communicative, understanding when we requested changes, and well organized. We were very happy with the work they did - so much so we’re planning to work with RWB on another project. I highly recommend working with RWB.

After meeting with several companies we knew right away we'd go with RWB. Josh and Albert were the only ones to sit down with us after the initial walkthrough and talk specifics and discuss options, which led to an estimate that made sense and avoided unnecessary back and forth.

They helped us to open up our kitchen to the living room and remove our old patio roof. They were very knowledgeable and the team started work quickly. Albert was on site throughout the project to check in and help navigate any surprises. The team kept our house very clean and sectioned off the work area well, and the result was spotless. We would happily work with them again!

I needed a general contractor for some upgrades to my home, and I’m so glad I chose Red White & Blue Construction. They’re located in Lafayette, but they were able to accommodate my project in Walnut Creek. The team was efficient, and their attention to detail was top-notch.

The team at Red White & Blue Construction was fantastic to work with. They helped us remodel our kitchen, and everything was completed on time and within budget. Their communication was excellent throughout.

Our kitchen remodel has exceeded all my expectations. The RWB team was not only friendly but also very receptive to my ideas, making sure to incorporate them into the design. They worked swiftly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to our daily life. The end result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that has become the centerpiece of our home. It's a perfect blend of style and practicality, and I couldn't be happier. Really glad to have found this company.

This was a removal and replace of all bathroom tile in a 4th floor 1BR condo in uptown Oakland. Included bathroom floor, shower pan and walls. It's a large shower with the footprint of the former bathtub.

The guys did a great job and accommodated things that were important to me, including coming up with creative ways to work around and preserve the existing custom vanity. From what i understand, RWB does some pretty big jobs, and mine was small, but i i always felt like i was getting the attention that the owner of a mansion in the hills would get. Project Manager Albert and site supervisor Luis were a pleasure to work with - professional, respectful. The workers too. Luis even took care of the downstairs neighbor's concerns about tile debris flowing down through the floor (due to the way the building was constructed each unit is literally connected).

As another reviewer commented, remodeling is a pain, especially in a 1 bathroom unit. Luis and the guys tried to at least minimize trhe time period when the toilet was "offline."

RWB handled all of the permitting follow ups with the City, which was a load off of my plate.

Their bid was a bit lower than another one i obtained.

I highly recommend RWB. I was influenced by the high ratings on Google and YELP, and those ratings are real.

The budget went from an initial $90,000 to $250,000. Red walked off the job. We had to pay another company to tear down and reconstruct our timber tech fence. Additionally parts of the build were left unpainted and three gates had to be replained and rehung as they would not close.

Red White & Blue Construction helped us with a general home renovation, and we couldn’t be more pleased. The team was professional, the work was completed on time, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Their office in Lafayette made it easy to coordinate everything. Highly recommend!

I recently started working with Red White & Blue Construction on a new ADU project. I have been very pleased with how consistently responsive Josh (the owner) has been. He has been very easy to work with, has communicated openly and honestly about all aspects of my project, his pricing is reasonable, and on numerous occasions has shared multiple possible options for handling challenging situations. He has also provided several references for past work he has completed and projects he is currently working on. Past customers of his have confirmed my impressions and have had similar experiences when they worked with him. I would definitely recommend him as a general contractor for both new construction and renovations.
