I am delighted with the transformation of my bathroom by U.S Accurate Construction! Their expertise and dedication to delivering quality work are truly commendable. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the process was seamless. The team exhibited a strong work ethic, ensuring the project was completed on time and within budget. I recently had the pleasure of working with an exceptional contractor to remodel my kitchen, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. They not only transformed the space into a functional and aesthetically pleasing area but also seamlessly added an additional section that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the quality of materials used to the precision in craftsmanship. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and the team’s professionalism was evident in every aspect. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to enhance their home with a remodel.

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with the company who refinished my kitchen cabinets. They were prompt in providing an estimate and started the project on time. Not only were they incredibly tidy and cleaned up after themselves, but they also went above and beyond by giving me an estimate for a small painting project in my bathroom. They completed both projects efficiently and even sent me photos of the progress while I was away. I am thrilled with the final results, and I have to commend their workers for being courteous and friendly throughout the process. I cannot recommend them enough!

U.S. Accurate Construction did an incredible job retrofitting our home for earthquake safety. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the entire process clearly. The team worked efficiently, and now we have peace of mind knowing our house is well-prepared for seismic activity. Highly recommend their services!

We had a shower back-up a few weeks into the COVID-19 pandemic and called around for estimates which were in the $500-$750 range. Fred was able to come same-day and easily resolve the issue for less than 1/3 of the price of another company that looked at the issue, in addition to offering a month's warrentee for the fix.
Fernando was very professional and efficient. We will call them again for future drain work (but fingers crossed, not for awhile!).

We recently hired U.S Accurate to complete our foundation & framing work located in Walnut Creek. They passed all inspections without any failures. I highly recommend U.S Accurate construction to work with.

Fred's immediate response to my urgent electrical needs spoke volumes about his dedication. Fred rearranged his schedule, to meet me the very next day to thoroughly discuss the work required. Throughout our conversation, he maintained clear and straightforward communication, providing transparent and reasonable pricing estimate.

Fred and his team wasted no time, arriving promptly the following day to begin the project. Their work ethic was commendable, with a keen focus on efficiency without compromising quality. They meticulously cleaned up the work area with a high level of professionalism.

Though our project was relatively small compared to Fred's typical jobs, he ensured that we receive the optimal attention. Fred's team went above and beyond by addressing issues left unresolved by a previous electrician, all without pressuring or adding any unforeseen costs to the initially discussed pricing.

The overall experience with Fred and his team surpassed my expectations, not only in technical proficiency but also their commitment to customer satisfaction. They have earned my trust with their prompt responses, impeccable work ethic, fair pricing, and exceptional workmanship & I look forward to working with his team on my remodel in the near future! 👏

I was worried about the structural integrity of my older home, but U.S. Accurate Construction put my concerns to rest. They reinforced the foundation and installed proper bracing to prevent earthquake damage. Their team was skilled, respectful, and very thorough. I now have peace of mind knowing my home is secure.

U.S Accurate Construction helped me out in a pinch! I had mold remediation scheduled in my bathroom, which required the removal of a bulky double vanity. When my previously scheduled contractor fell through at the last minute, I scrambled to find another GC who could do the removal on short notice -- incredibly difficult, given that many are overwhelmed with work due to the pandemic!
They were able to squeeze me in with less than a week's notice, and Fred did the work in about an hour. Alan was very responsive over phone and email.

Thrilled with our kitchen remodel by U.S Accurate Remodeling! Vlad kept it within budget, and Fred and Dmitriy were amazing to work with. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the project honest, accurate, and smooth. Special thanks to Dmitriy for the fantastic color suggestion. The whole crew worked diligently, delivering on time. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend U.S Accurate Remodeling!

I hired U.S Accurate for a full remodeling project in my house and removing some load bearing walls that had to be completed within the month of December…BEFORE Christmas. Fred guaranteed that the work would be done before the deadline and that I’d be a happy customer. Well…Promise Kept! Fred went above and beyond to get my job done with one week to spare! Although there were a few hiccups -Fred made sure to remedy small issues to my satisfaction and completed the work beautifully. I am very happy with the results and am glad to say that U.S Accurate delivered on everything they promised. I highly recommend them for your remodeling project.

Too bad I can’t give this company zero stars. My experience with Fred Seraj and his business was extremely unprofessional. He failed to show up to scheduled appointments, gave excuses only after wasting my time, and backed out of the project entirely even after confirming the job. Communication was unreliable, and I never received the basic courtesy and professionalism one should expect from a licensed contractor.

If this is how he treats potential clients before a job even begins, I would never trust him with a major remodel. There are plenty of reputable contractors who respect their clients’ time and follow through on commitments—However, Fred was not one of them.

U.S. Accurate Construction did an incredible job on our foundation retrofit. From the initial inspection to the final touches, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Fred and his crew explained every step of the process, ensuring we understood what was being done and why it was necessary. The work was completed on time, and our home now feels much more secure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for foundation reinforcement!

I had an excellent experience with US Accurate Construction! Their team did tile work in two of my bathrooms and also built a new deck for my home. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail really shows in the finished results. They were professional, on time, and kept the workspace clean throughout the process. Communication was clear and easy, which made the whole project stress-free. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable compared to other competitors I received bids from. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable remodeling or construction services.

I found U.S ACCURATE Construction after looking on Google for contractors and being frustrated with my previous search to find someone to repair my garage and kitchen after a water leak. I noticed the five-star reviews and proceeded to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. The team came out the next day and provided me with a quote within 48 hours. I had a question about the next steps in the process so I asked to be connected with Fred. Fred was open to my questions, walked me through the process for renovations, and he was incredibly patient and thorough. I greatly appreciated his demeanor after going through several failed attempts to get my house back to its original condition. The team provided a project plan and a portal to access photos of the work that was being done in my home. The team sent out was timely, professional, and thorough. I appreciated their care in protecting my living area and other spaces connected to the area. One of my fears before starting this project was that the work wouldn't blend seamlessly, because I've experienced this in the past, but I can say that the team did an excellent job. I can't recommend U.S ACCURATE enough and I hope to use them again under different conditions. :) If you're in need of damage restoration or a renovation don't hesitate to reach out to them. I've already recommended their team to my neighbors and a close friend!

I recently worked with U.S. Accurate Construction on my home addition project — we added an ADU unit of about 1,100 sq. ft. along with a 600 sq. ft. addition to the original house. From start to finish, Fred and his team were incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented.

They handled everything from design and engineering to permits and construction. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, and every step was well-organized and clearly communicated. What I appreciated most was how the team respected deadlines, kept the site clean, and always followed up to make sure everything was done right.

The finished result looks amazing — the new spaces blend seamlessly with the existing structure and add great value to the property. I highly recommend U.S. Accurate Construction to anyone considering an ADU or home addition project!

We recently hired US Accurate Construction for a full kitchen remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the team was professional, communicative, and attentive to our vision. They guided us through the design process, helped us select quality materials, and stayed within our budget. The crew was punctual every day, kept the workspace clean, and completed the project on schedule. The craftsmanship is outstanding — every detail from the cabinets to the countertops is flawless. We highly recommend US Accurate Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy company that delivers top-quality results.

I found U.S ACCURATE through Yelp, and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they responded to my initial phone call. I had originally intended to get several quotes, but having been in the construction industry I am good with pricing, and their initial quote came in exactly where I thought it should be for quality work at a good price. From my initial phone call to a finished basement office and guest bedroom, the entire process took only 4-5 weeks. A very professional project manager was assigned to me and provided an easy single point of contact for the whole process. Fred uses buildertrend website which kept me informed and also made very clear when something I asked for could incur additional expense. There were no hidden fees/expenses or scope creep, which I know can be a big problem. All additional services were clearly quoted and submitted for approval before implementing. The workers that came every day were clean, professional and friendly and I felt comfortable with them being in my home. At the end of the project, everything looks great and is just as I asked it to be. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and will be sure to use them on a future project.

I had U.S. Accurate Construction handle a seismic retrofit for my home, and I’m really impressed with how everything turned out. The crew showed up on time every day, kept the site organized, and made sure I understood what was happening at each step. They were super easy to communicate with and always quick to answer questions.
The project finished right on schedule, and the quality of their work gave me a lot of confidence that my home is much safer now. I’d definitely call them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable contractors.

I hired US ACCURATE SERVICES to renovate my basement. I have a nice sized space and wanted it to be more of a fun hang out area when my friends come over. Fred was a pleasure to work with. He was easy going and assured me the work would be done in a timely manner as I was leaving on a business trip. The work was done in less then 3 weeks and it's perfect. It's exactly what the house needed! Would highly recommend and will definitely call them again.

We had a long-standing foundation issue that no contractor was able to figure out—until we hired US Accurate Construction. They not only diagnosed the problem but also handled all the calculations and engineering needed to design the right solution. Their team executed the retrofit foundation work flawlessly, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Now, for the first time, we have complete peace of mind about our foundation. Highly recommend them for their expertise and outstanding workmanship!
