I'm really glad I chose these guys to repipe my house. My pest company told me they found water puddles under my home. I called a few different plumbers, but Jordan at Bay Area Repipe was the only one able to make it out to us that afternoon.

The guy went under our house and took a bunch of pictures then came out and showed us the same rusty leaking water pipes the pest guy showed us. We decided it was probably best to replace them, and got a couple of other quotes, but these guys were definitely the best price and they were the only plumbers offering to get the whole thing done in one day.

They arrived early in the morning with a bunch of drop cloths and covered darn near everything to keep my house clean. The floors, couches, tables, chairs, etc. I think they did a really good job! They finished the whole thing that same day and the inspector was out the next day to take a look, and he came out from under the house with nothing but good things to say.

I figured they knew what they were doing, but I didn't think my faucets and showers would be so nice now. They have so much more pressure it's like I have new bathrooms, and the kitchen faucet finally has hot water again.

If you're looking for a repipe, for sure call Bay Area Repipe for a quote. They did a great job with my pex repipe, and they were all very nice too.

I called on April 29 about a plumbing issue and told them believe best for me to talk to one of their plumbers before coming out for a FREE Estimate. A plumber Johnnie was supposed to call, I called back Friday April 30 and said I didn't hear from him, the customer support person said, "Johnnie called and left a message", I told her I had no message and also indicated while looking at my call log, that I had no calls from anyone and had her give me the number, she repeated my number and it was correct. She then said, "I'll see if I can have him call you today", he didn't call. So today May 4 (4 working days after original call) I called and said why don't we go ahead with the free estimate since I haven't heard from anyone, the customer support person asked for me to indicate again the problem and I explained and then she said "oh that will need to be a service charge", I said that's exactly why I wanted to talk to a plumber and he never called. She then said but he called and I told her no way. I can still prove on my iPhone call log call that no one called on Thursday 4/29 or Friday 4/30. She then basically said she believed her plumber.
